Lol Had to laugh at this reasoning. similar to AB has to keep working at RRR to protect the tax losses.
Personally I would make a profit and then use up the tax losses but I recognize that others have a different approach
I have just been to CAP.X given I saw on Twitter they also have a LITIGATION matter. So, I came to the LSE to look at the 14.3.24 RNS and it is entitled: "UPDATE ON LITIGATION". It is only a very short 2 para kind of update and that it is continue via procedural. However, currently, a post below does not appear to understand LEGAL PROCEDURAL which I have already explained before. Also, what Bell, Chairman of RRR that the JV partner's counsel is "NOT A PRINCIPAL" to the agreement has not been understood what this means ie he is not in a legal position as the party to the agreement of the DRC award , NOW "AGREED" by both RRR & VUP.
Relating to Australia, the Resident doesnt think it is a good thing kinda thing? WHY NOT? RRR NOW OWNS 100% and it is in fact free , in a sense, because POW gave RRR a 100% PREMIUM share price [no doubt via an investment bank valuation report which is needed in deal making]. In Victoria, THE OZ GOV PUT TO AUCTION THE LICENCE ----NEXT TO FOSTERVILLE MINE--------60 co's bid for it including MAJORS [big majors eg NEM etc]. Majors did NOT win the bidding. Now, ECR CEO today, in an interview talked of VICTORIA gold exploration is heating up DUE TO =====SUNDAY CREEK===NEXT DOOR TO RRR'S 100% KILMORE. Just next door is not necessarily enough but PAUL JOHNSON DID HISTORICAL WORK ON KILMORE and AT DONNYBROOK , THEY RECORDED 200 G/T GOLD VS SUNDAY CREEK 199 G/T GOLD. Kilmore, now 100% RRR was a mining town and when the gold ran out, they went to Sunday Creek. At Donnybrook, the old timer Victorians dug only to 2m which they could reach. SXG of Sunday Creek are DRILLING TO 1,000m. SO, NO ONE CAN DENY KILMORE WHICH -------NOW IS ALL RRR'S ---------IS AN ASSET TO...FOR AND PER BELL, IT CAN GO FOR IPO IN OZ OR A TRADE BUYER/S HAVE ALREADY APPROACHED THEM.
I anticipate and HOPE for AFTER HRS news from Bell. It is not wise to release any news during trading hours and this is norm. Then, when there is legal clarity, it will be via RNS, also norm. DYOR. NIA.
Good luck with it Robins.
To be fair the POW deal was out of the blue with no warning so perhaps this time he will get the DRC proceeds with no leaks or rumours pushing the SP.
I would love to be proved wrong on DRC and then the mercurial 200 tonnes and then the securitised loan. It would be a hat trick for the beleivers good people like you would gain and I would be sent packing tail between my legs. What's not to like ?
Banburyboy I am being positive today and thinking AB would not go to the Congo this time if he had not had certain reassurances from both sides. But the POW deal sort of goes against that. In his stockbox interview I think he said he was very very well. I would have hoped to hear some Kenya news by now too. Helpful said these people in Congo are wriggly people but so is AB. Fingers crossed.
Talkin - I have more anecdotal and evidential knowledge than most on this share.
This is a leaky ship allways has been and the big PIs IMO would be buying low to sell high if DRC was imminent.
Also why the POW deal it makes no sense.
I'm afraid it all leads me to think another false dawn unfortunately for holders. But I could be wrong.
Because of the NT in place, IMO, but as far as i can see buys far outweigh sells, and has been like that since open, but as always it's out of our control..
the first sign of blue will tell us that they have finally open the flood gate to buyers i suppose...
BIG Shout out'' going out to AB, who should be rested by now after a long trip and could well be putting the final touches to this highly anticipated DRC update
AB states the only issue holding up DRC is a rogue lawyer 'on the other side'.
He also quotes RRR are lucky to have a good lawyer.
AB also stated this issue would be solved quicker with him on the ground as it would only need ONE WORD to dissolve the issue.
He's flown all the way to Congo so hopefully he didn't forget what that one word that needed saying was.
If he indeed said it, surely the announcement should be made in the next 24-48 working hours at the latest to say its finally sorted?
Surely AB is now at the very bottom of the funnel of excuses/reasons not to get paid and the only thing left to come out is success or acknowledged failure. If the RRR lawyer is good then the other side's must be world class because they've kept the chest locked far longer clearly than AB anticipated.

3:16 onward.
Is RRR finally now imminently days away from payment or not - the current share price and volume would suggest not.
DYOR.
Would like to see an uptick in price/volume to indicate a news leak.
Is rrr normally a leaky ship?
Resident: Sir, kindly catch up - sales are happening on Victoria licences. WERE RRR to SELL to a trade buyer/s [Ref: A.Bell interview @Stockbox from Kenya], kindly note 101: TAX MUST BE LOOKED INTO to see what is the best way forward and how the deal/s can be structured within tax laws of UK and Australia. This is 101 question for ALL ASSETS 101.
Resident, Sir, kindly catch up. Helfpul answered my question: It is RRAL -------------NOT RRR----------re:tax loss question I asked. Big difference.
Helpful RRR and all it's subsidiaries have tax losses.
That's because they can never turn a profit.
I know you are desperately pedling but even by your standards that one is barrel scaping.
Yet more evidence from the world's worst Investment Advisor
-----------------Let's deal with only STOCKMARKET FACT--------------
Just on RRR Australia alone with its extensive package in Victoria, esp KILMORE, next door to SUNDAY CREEK [Southern Cross Gold , Oz , mkt cap A$175m last time I looked.] Close to home, ECR has just raised and has also a Victoria package, of which one poster on Twitter heard of DISPOSALS and tax losses [they are hiring a tax consultant], ECR's market cap is £4.89 Million. RRR 's mkt cap is £2.5m @0.7p range. SO, LETS DEAL WITH ACCOUNTING FACT about ASSET which the stockmarket puts a MKT CAP on. Gold is the in commodity at the momo for safe haven, central bank buying etc. DYOR. NIA. Bringing a sense of balance to the naysayers. Helpful said RRAL not RRR.
I went to the ASX, Australian Stock Exchange to look for GPAC but found none. So, I have gone to the Canadian Stock Exchange and found that GPAC is Great Pacific Gold Corp, TSX. They have a VICTORIA project called "LAURISTON" which they own 100% and it is 90km from MELBOURNE, Oz. Lauriston is on the southern EXTENSION of the FOSTERVILLE gold BELT & is adj to AGNICO EAGLE's Fosterville tenements.
SXG , owner of SUNDAY CREEK in his latest interview mentioned "Fosterville" style gold at SUNDAY CREEK. RRR AUSTRALIA'S KILMORE IS NEXT DOOR to Sunday Creek. Meanwhile, Twitter stated stocks tepid, BTC down and gold up.
RRAL has tax losses. One reason for going into Victoria with RRAL was so the losses weren't lost.
https://finance.yahoo.com/quote/GPAC.V/ on TSX

Helpful: Could you kindly help out? One Twitter poster listened to the interview and he heard that SXG and GPAC had impressive gold discoveries nearby. Also, tax losses/PROPERTY SALES also...
Question: I know what SXG is - it is the ASX co, called Southern Cross Gold who OWNS SUNDAY CREEK, NEXT DOOR to RRR's Kilmore. But I could not find GPAC? Also, I am NOT sure if RRR has TAX LOSSES? PROPERTY SALES - the CEO of the other AIM Victoria Gold chaser said they have a large land package and in the past they sold Avoca etc. Interesting as there is interest in Victoria gold [CEO said 3% of gold comes from Victoria?]. Thanks in advance. I always FACT check against other co's operating in the area to MATCH what is at RRR as norm. That way, we, holders now know Victoria is of interest.
Won't get past 0.2p Targa. Three fold dilution since DRC was first imminent to 3.55bn shares has ensured that.
213m more to come at .1125 from the 19th October 23 CLN warrents . The CLN was described by our leader as a novel instrument to avoid dilution !!
That and major PI will sell into any rise. Until that selling into a rise stops as I highlighted this morning there will be no traction.
------------------------STOCKS-------------
It is about the ASSET, the COMMODITY, the EXIT.
If Mr Bell had any he would realise all the excitement he has generated on X over two years has led to so much false hope and punters actually losing.
Morally and ethically he should tone it down and keep it zipped until its actually over the line.
But that's not who Bell and Helpful are.
A video has just come out on another AIM co in Victoria, Australia - the CEO mentioned SUNDAY CREEK.!!! As I said, Sunday Creek is now on the map ie news have reached UK. This AIM co is supported by 2 shareholders and the "key step is to build it into a £20-30m mc co." LoL, the CEO said they will do "TRENCHING." Sharetalk has just released the VIDEO.
Well, Red Rock Resources is NEXT DOOR to SUNDAY CREEK. Remember folks, two days ago, Red Rock has taken over 100% of Australian gold assets and has KILMORE, NEXT DOOR TO SUNDAY CREEK [RRR's Donnycreek per POW JV partner before the deal found 200g/t gold ACROSS from Sunday Creek which found 199g/t gold. Posted link yesterday.
There will be but the $7.5m (or $10m or $430m) question is will the issue be resolved or another excuse/delay be given!?
Seems very likely going by socials.
Welcome back to the fold TARGA, i suppose you are now fully loaded LOL!! but I'm still keeping my eyes on you, as i have not forgotten all your D RAMP posts on here joining in with the trolls when we was at our lowest and needed support..
but GL on your purchase and to those that done the same in the past day or so, finally working out that RRR is significantly undervalued @ 0.07p
Regards
No stock available?:Must be all those major shareholders loading up "Only 3.55 billion shares in issue;must be hard to "get them
Cash is king for this company, massive rerate on the cards
Just for Doggie so he doesn't feel left out of the loop..
