Thanks Bri. Good read that. Difficult to believe that with all of those plans for a greener Sweden our project can be overlooked.
Atb.
Surely our fearless leader should let us know what is happening if anything..
Good point that Treetop.
Lbjj have you any other hobbies?
It would be interesting to see a calculation by BEM about the emissions impact spewed out by mining iron in less controlled conditions and transported to Swedish users against what might have been mined by BEM under cleaner and more controlled conditions over the last 8 years. Get that into the media to challenge the green hypocrisy of exporting problems.
We still have the mining report/study/handy supportive thingy to look forward to.
And a concession decision. Lol.
We all agree with you about one thing...they could have and should have made this decision eight years ago...and we'd be in production with iron at it's highest price ever.
Oh my word, Suzy ha ha.
What a lot of half baked rubbish. Perhaps your belief in the existence of fairies is as staunchly held as your blind faith in your investment here??
Baylan has had the comapny’s Comments for a whole week. Nothing new or unexpected in those comments.
In fact, there has /even nothing new for over 5 years for the swedes to consider. So when is your next “ imaginary “ deadline?
Just read that again and it seems I forgot to point out which was the imaginary bit...it must be Ibjj saying there will NEVER be a decision.
PS My best estimate then is Thursday...this Thursday or the Thursday after.
An analysis then, of real versus imaginary: 6 September is a real date, yesterday in fact and it was the date set as the deadline for comments from the Company...real stuff in my opinion. Now where's the imaginary bit, let's see...is it the decision itself? Well no one expected the decision to occur on or the day after the deadline, did they? Why would they expect that? Surely the purpose of the comments from the Company is to use them in some way concerning the decision, which might take a few hours and then to consult with the legal team about what it means which might take a few, er...days. And there's time itself to be considered...is it linear or circular? And then there's The Milky Way and the Andromeda Galaxy rushing towards each other at a speed of about 70km per second...gosh that sound fairly imminent! And it seems imaginary but it isn't...ask NASA if you don't believe me.

“The deadline isn’t imaginary”. Yet it has passed and no decision announced!
Please explain how this could have happened, Suzy?
Is Baylan sick, kidnapped by Sami activists, or what?
All we need now is for Swampy to turn up and plant a few great crested newts on the minesite and we're truly foooked.
I’m going to bed imagining the possibilities of a SP reaction to Baylan saying bu66er it, have your mine! These days are few that ought to be enjoyed. However, the reality is that he’s going to bed knowing that he’s got another 6 months to get off the fence at which point he’s got more splinters on his ar5e from sitting on the fence and another 6 months wages…!
Good luck all and enjoy the fun of the possibilities…but know that this board will descend into the usual ****e when no announcement comes and we are left reeling when Baylan asks for a new consultation paper from the Viking heritage society as their opinions haven’t been taken into account…!
I'm sure that the government has formed their view on justifying a yes or no but 6th Sept simply offers them an excuse to delay that decision for another indefinable period of time. I would assume that they've had to put together legal answers to BEM should they decline the permit...alternatively, legal answers to the Sami for not supporting them - I'm guessing that Baylan knows who he will be fighting depending upon the outcome...BEM or Sweden's version of Swampy!!!
Great to see movement in SP but like everyone, I'm waiting for the lack of communication from Baylan's Office to slowly erode any gains - I hope to be wrong and I would love to see this do what it did over a decade ago, sky-rocketing to 70p! Over the past couple of years I've tried to guess the likely spike should they get permission...and the new shape of the SP as they head into actual mining but the constant hurdles have brought out the pessimistic side of me...
Good luck all, some people will do well profit taking on the current lift...and the fear will be missing the real scoop of Baylan surprising everyone should he suddenly say yes to the dress...!!!
The deadline isn't imaginary...it's 6 September. And the Government must already know what their decision is....they've been considering it for long enough and there are no additional facts to be considered..
I have to agree with lbjj on this one. The deadline for submission of BEM's comments hasn't even expired yet so there is no way on God's earth that a decision is imminent. Let's not forget there have been 3 occasions in the last 18 months alone where the SP has spiked above 6p on rumour. Just the MMs making some money. Move along folks, nothing to see here.....YET.
It's called believing, Ibjj...they believe a decision is forthcoming. The fact that it's forthcomingness has been held up doesn't mean that it wont ever happen, it might be soon.
Morning All.
Just the Aktie owner’s drumming up business for themselves yet again on the back of an imaginary deadline.
The swedes fall for it every single time.
well, they're up 10% over there....hotting up
roller/suzy today I’m going on to Amazon and ordering thousands of pounds worth of goodies tomorrow I will have to cancel the lot, beats gardening ,
Tommorrow? I'm going to do a bit of weeding. Lol.
Any predictions for tomorrow's fun and frolics, I'm starting off with optimism and excitement and closely followed by disappointment and anger and ending up with alcohol abuse and sulking..
