Helpful quote “Steelmin is going to a great little asset” on 18 Jan 2018
100% accurate IF the focus is on the word LITTLE
Personally I need a little less HELP and more facts.
Still waiting on news conference and NOMAD to translate documents
It’s actually hilarious the sleaze that Helpful is involved in. The same old names crop up in the companies that he defends. RRR, NTOG, GENF, AST… they all have **** poor management with woeful share price performance.
Elephant Oil is of course captained by Matt Logran who has decimated NTOG over the years. If anyone wonders whether it could be a lifestyle company:
“his salary will increase to $360,000 on the first date the Company’s Common Stock is publicly traded. He is eligible for an annual bonus, beginning in 2021, targeted at 50% of base salary, as determined by the Board based on his performance and the achievement by the Company of financial, operating and other objectives set by the Board.”
Utter greed. Who the hell signs off on giving potentially half a million dollars away to the CEO who has achieved next to nothing so far. All that Elephant Oil has is exploration licences, some airborne surveys and historical 2D seismic! Well it was Ron Bauer who signed it off - the same Ron Bauer who has been charged for running pump and dump schemes.
Just so happens that Helpful is also a 5.62% owner of Elephant Oil.
Another company that Helpful is required to defend is GENF - who Ron Bauer arranged the IPO in.
A dangerous character who really should know better than posting some of the comments he does as an insider. I randomly hit the Helpful archives and found these pearls instantly:
“Steelmin is going to a great little asset” and “Now that WTI is at $64 I expect Elephant Oil to get dusted off” -

The public has no details about the arbitration. Arbtitration can either be binding or non-binding
For RRR however it appears (with emphasis on appears) to be binding because RRR is expecting an Award.
Even if it is binding collection is another matter. RRR already has two court judgements. The more that time passes the more the questions are concerning/disturbing
I agree- I am still waiting for the NOMAD to finish translating the documents.
RRR/AB are really hurt by people like "helpful' who post such false information, perhaps knowlingly. since there is claim of 'inside information'
The question remains how long is 'imminent' the CLN RNS said precisely 'awaits an imminent arbitration ruling' and Bell in his letter to shareholders (link below) said 'We expect an arbitral award in the Democratic Republic of Congo, and the listing of Elephant Oil Corporation, where we are shareholders, within a short period'
So over the last 10 days we have the wording 'imminent' and 'short period'
Now the matter comes down to trust, would Bell be allowed to use those words if they were unrealistic, the other angle on this (it has not been confirmed by either Bell or 'Helpful') is if the award is in Red Rock's favour and a material cash award is made will the counter parties pay ?
Has money been placed in escrow for example ?
Who are we dealing with is it Gécamines or VUP or both ?
Can the arbitration award be challenged?
Is the award final?
There are so many aspects to this, Bell was in the Congo 6 weeks at great cost to shareholders, the true extent of his efforts may never be known until such a time as a firm decision comes into the public domain. My understanding is that arbitration has to be agreed and the result respected by all parties however.
Bell remains very quiet, it has been a very long time since he has presented in London or made himself available to shareholders outside the ludicrous timed AGM, maybe it is time he made himself available via a presentation & Q&A evening.

Where is the disclosed press conference?????
again false- you said NOMAD was translating an explanation provided to explain a delay on announcing Congo results. NOT as you now state documents will need to be translated. (future tense as opposed to past tense) and NOMAD needed 'chapter & verse' again posting that something had in fact happened and that NOMAD was now gathering, reviewing and translating documents
In event the lack of RNS is hardly evidence that you are posting while in possession of inside information. You have posted numerous times that you know what is going on
Any documents will be in French and will need translating. That is a fact.
I haven't posted or commented on any inside information as evidenced by the lack of an RNS disclosing said information.
He has been dealing with some wriggly people but eventually even the best wrigglers run out of wriggle room.

Back to 0.4p. AB has jacked his shareholders again
re comment-'final dollar' really?
this is vaguely optimistic with no details. it implies that something is close to happening on the Elephant IPO which was filed months ago and clearly out of date and in need of an update if in fact an IPO would be happening.

Zamora.
Im fascinated by human nature and behaviour.
I've followed posting over the last few months and Helpful is unique compared to any other poster on the many boards I frequent.
Conjecture but he seems to know a lot and be very close to the company. My view is an element of getting a company insider to improve the PR of the company. Legal if done right which I'm sure it is but transparent in how it looks to other posters.
Could be wrong but never seen anyone as immersed as Helpful. He seems to have a nailed on view on everything the company does and info to support.
Elephant oil has been rumbling since Adam was a boy. Just like Congo I suspect that was once imminent.
And you are the person who knew something because you were arranging the loan notes and you knew full well that there wasn't an immediate RNS to say that RRR had just recieved millions from Congo. Yet instead of keeping quiet and not posting because you had some inside knowledge you instead couldn't resist posting and telling people on this forum that the Congo RNS delay was because the documents were getting translated into English. I sure many thought you were being dishonest and trying to trick them. I know i thought that.
Lastly you posted on Elephant oil yesterday and so did i. My posts on Elephant oil were about Elephant oil and your post on Elephant oil was not about Elephant oil. So on reflection i'm quite comfortable with my Elephant oil posts.
The expert who knows nothing.
1. The SEC and NASDAQ don't like information being put in the public domain outside the S1.
2. All documents are on the SEC Edgar site.
Nothing to be said until the final S1 is on there.

I think that last paragraph should say: "and another well during the THIRD phase."
I don't like to mention him but i recall some time ago poster HELPFUL saying he put an huge sum of money in the Elephant oil pre IPO fundraising.?? So unfortunately for him it's dead money at present.??
Specinvestor. This is part of a 2015 interview with Elephant oil CEO Matt Lofgran. Lofgran outlines what was required of Elephant oil during the 9 year licence but i believe they did next to nothing. So who knows whether the important Benin licence will get renewed.
CEO Matt Lofgran:
"The licence blocks in Benin are set up on three, 3-year terms. Assuming commercial oil is discovered, there is the option for a further 25-year Production Sharing Contract, with a 10-year extension subject to size and extraction rate of discovery. These contract periods are generous and much longer than typically seen elsewhere, reflecting Benin’s desire to develop the industry onshore.
When it comes to the end of the first three years, Elephant Oil will relinquish 25% of Block B and then another 25% at the end of the second three year period. This focuses attention and requires a high level of discipline to get the best out of our blocks as quickly as possible. This is standard practice across the industry globally.
Having analysed the results of the previous 2D-seismic work and our own airborne survey, our efforts have since been dedicated to identifying leads and drill targets. We have identified a very large leads in our primary target area. We’ve done some initial work on a potential target size, but it is too early to quote any results, other than to say we are encouraged by what we have seen.
We will finish this initial seismic work in 2016, when the first exploration phase comes to an end. We will then have a commitment to drill an exploration well in the second phase, and another well during the second phase. This will be the first onshore exploration well in Benin’s history."
I agree, although it could be renewed but the the reality is with $100 oil, Elephant Oil is still not funded. Makes you wonder who was managing the ship,
https://sec.report/Document/0001213900-22-015244/
To avoid any arguments. Please click above link...scroll all the way down to Benin... then it can be seen that the very important Benin licence ends in October 2022.
I doubt the Elephant oil IPO will be happening any time soon because the 9 year Benin licence ends in October 2022. So with that Benin block B licence being one of the main focal points of the IPO then clearly that licence needs renewing before any IPO could possibly occur.
Compelling new presentation. We'll worth a look for belivers (and non believers - not too late to get in lol!) As if Congo and Elephant Oil and Juno Royalty weren't enough - I feel this might just be RRR's moment...
