Only AIM gutter stocks sneak news out after hours. Surely time to put this runt of the AIM litter down by now?
"Very positive that the warrant price was at .80" - I see the issue of warrants is doing its job - keep the fools believing by reading far too much in the exercise price. Some can't be saved.
Looks like Helpful has run out of money, so he had to tell his tales to another investor LOL
Is this a just a generic comment you make about every AIM company or did Andrew Bell change his name to Alan Bell?
It's been about 10 years of raising money for working capital! Alan has had a very comfortable living of producing nothing for shareholders!
Very positive that the warrant price was at .80
Well worth the small raise I feel to ensure we are not bounced into accepting a cut down payout from congo...perhaps a wee top up opportunity in the morning?
still creaming money from the investor and achieving nothing .......bit like Corcel I do believe there is a connection there.
The wheels of justice turn slowly everywhere, probably more so in Congo
Helpful, I looks like your keeping you 3 wheel van

comments on New Ballart at 36 minute mark basically hard at work with 'news in near future'
I was not able to access the link you provided. Here is a link to Elephants SEC filings
https://www.sec.gov/edgar/browse/?CIK=1865833&owner=exclude
The last filing was Aug 12 and included a comment that Elephant thought offering would be completed in August which did not happen but hopefully still might

Interesting read. Any update Helpful on the DRC and Elephant Oil?
"Plenty of opportunities to make money......."
Money isn't being made here its merely being shifted around and its being done off the back of a snake oil salesman who never delivers.
".....another issue is humans appetite for greed."
That's not the issue here. The issue is more one of whether you feel comfortable participating in an enterprise that's little or no different to a ponzi scheme.
I think it all boils down to how low some people are prepared to sink. Companies like Red Rock will be the death of AIM.
TDT
Darien - the list does go on but then you have muppets on here who say that's in the past and doesn't matter.... when it's the same conman at the helm all these years. Shareholders in the scum end of AIM dreaming of riches every night are a different breed.
Brainspark - that has been rumbling since 2014.
If any of that had any realistic value AB would be shouting from the rooftops by now and sold the interest at a knock down to fund " general expenses".
MOUNT MASON PROJECT DEVELOPMENT UPDATE
ASX / MEDIA ANNOUNCEMENT 16 SEPTEMBER 2022
Juno Minerals Limited
Https://hotcopper.com.au/threads/ann-mount-mason-project-development-update.6961594/?source=email
Mount Ida Royalty: Red Rock holds a 0.75% Gross Revenue Iron Ore Royalty (GRR) over Mt Ida, and a further 0.45% GRR over Mt Ida which transfers in two tranches to Anglo Pacific Group plc for consideration of USD8,000,000 upon the reaching of certain development milestones.
if their was a decision and RRR won then he would have had to put out an RNS, he hasn't so he is lying in this interview. but you know what he doesn't care he is a pathological liar, he believes he is telling the truth immediately he states the lie// always has been. ask about Bar T ranch, ask about the anglo pacific divi, ask about the Greenland sale that never happened, ask about the resource star, ask bout Shoaks creek, ask about Goldstone, the list goes on, an new year a new story a new dilution
to give you an idea AGAIN how useless AB is here is an extract from half year report back in April 5 months ago. and guess what absolutely none of the items have moved forward one millimeter
A new development in the period under review was the beginning of legal proceedings to enforce our rights in one of our copper-cobalt joint ventures in the Congo. A partner wrongly in our view sold our assets for $20m to the parastatal from which they came. As with our litigation in Kenya some years ago, we have so far been successful in our proceedings, but in this case we have achieved rapid results in a series of favourable judgments since year end. Awards of $4.5m plus costs have not yet been enforced by us, and we also have claims to a substantial part of the unpaid consideration of $15m, which has been retained by the purchaser, pending the legal clarification we believe we have now provided. We also believe we have a legitimate interest in the on-sale of those assets at a very large mark-up, the pursuit of which we currently contemplate. However, while the Directors are confident of a positive outcome for the Company, there remains some uncertainty over realisation and the timing. A further development has been the planned IPO in the USA of Elephant Oil Corporation, where we have just under 400,000 shares, including 35,555 subscribed for in pre-listing placements at $2.25 a share. We had hoped to have seen this happen by now and on a float there would be significant value for us. We will update shareholders as and when there is any definite news.
The best piece of Bull**** must be he is positive of the outcome but uncertain of the realisation... that's too funny
Zumore maybe RRR are the lovers !
Andrews probably working on a fund raise from high wealth individuals with eye watering interest rates and zillions of warrants to fund inducements.
Patience is definitely needed for long suffering shareholders. Soon Rodney soon.

From 19 minutes 50 seconds in the Stockbox interview he says the arbitration hearings have completed. He then says he's heared that they have come to a decision. Then he talks about the losers offering inducements to try to change the decision. So when he talks about losers he clearly means somebody won.
He said all that on 23 August and here we are on 15 September and still no good news RNS.
immeniently & soon as regards to arbitration- the basic problem here is the quality of information. AB may believe his estimates to be true but how many arbitration proceeding in the Congo has he had. How many have even been held?
AB may be told 'soon' but that has a relative meaning. I worked in South America for many many years 'soon mean sometime in the next 3-6 months. A bank account could be opened 'quickly' meaning 2-3 months. Now granted my experience there was over 25 years ago and things change. Soon could also mean go away and dont bother us with questions that we have no answers to.
Unfortunately for RRR shareholders all of this means we have to wait
"he has form in leading us on."
My feelings exactly.................he should not be able to get away with it time after time, but then RRR is essentially a one man band. AB is a good story teller who gets paid for his tales or should I say we pay for his tales, he did have a modicum of success with Jupiter, let's just hope another one of his tales comes true.
Ironically the higher the dollar the more the DRC funds will be worth. Patience shortly to be rewarded?? :/
