I am told there is a ready market for 2% output and that it is Chinese traders who take it. If they don't take it up to 4.5% or above it can't be exported, so that is what happens. The export goes via South Africa where there is an offtaker market. After that I don't know and not really relevant. The amount to be made in the 4.5% export market is more than enough.
Every time we go up a step in the food chain it becomes mores complex and expensive. I don't see that we would go beyond the 4.5% export market.
DYOR
Thanks helpful but what do the locals do with the ore they pick up ? Further refine it to 4.5%. Transport it to somewhere that does ? The end to end economics from extraction to ultimate consumer I'm not clear on ?
The key is the Zim rules: you can't export below 4.5%.
The standard for the local offtaker market is 2%.
To beneficiate to 4.5% flotation tanks are needed. Not complicated just some CAPEX needed
DYOR
This development certainly looks interesting.
Key for me is selling ore on a "pick up basis" .
I would love to know more around what happens next. What do buyers do with it. Do they make there money from extraction, further refining , transport to rail links and docks. What's the end to end model.
The locals will be very resourcefull and any model relying on the "little guys" sounds to me excellent.
The risks will be with Lithium stay at elevated rates and what level of price is needed to make this approach worthwhile ?
Movement over long term to higher grades should help mitigate this risk
Long term your timing here is exquisite.
Maybe in time for Christmas
Dumb & Dumber lapping up everything Helpful excretes. Hate to see it but kinda funny too.
Longterm you have a gift of timing ! LOL
It's all happening this month lol

Fingers crossed.....
LOL by all means ignore the other projects which went into production. Yes you lost money investing in RRR (at the wrong time)
The investing approach of buy high and sell low is never works
AB can't win. He brings an asset into production and their are more negative posters.
When the arbitration is signed you guys will have a field day lol
How many times has that been said on this bulletin board? In the past 15 years the rear view mirror has provide a far more accurate picture of Red Rock than anything else.
The wannabes who regularly predict Red Rock's fortunes are about to change come and go as regularly as night follows day. I very much doubt 2023 will be any different to the preceding 15 years. The only constant here is Helpful predicting things that never come to pass. At least you can hang your hat on that.

He has produced absolutely nothing and never will!! Why would he change after 18 years. How much history do you need to validate!!
The same Bell who actually got 51% of an asset that was stolen and Glencore paid $400m for ? We await arbitration.
The same Bell that has just turned a Lithium license into a producing asset with a cash flow stream early 2023 ?
Your right... nothing to see here
If Bell wants to provide prospective numbers for the Lithium project he is able to via a Stockbox or Proactive interview, I recall many CEO's offering up numbers on a loose basis via social media outlets.
These media outlets are heavily qualified (for educational purposes only etc) so a great deal can be said that does not come under the auspices of a Nomad.
The problem is Bell is a woeful promoter, every commentary he makes has umpteen caveats, he waffles on like he is lecturing, you get history, you get politics, you get topography, you get just about everything except what folk want to hear - namely how much value will a project potentially deliver in clear and simple language.
I have yet to hear any interview from Bell that is concise, I suppose there is always a first time.
People have been saying you carnt move on from the past for 15 years!!.
NOTHING WILL CHANGE. its a garauntee.
Get smart and don't pay bells wages!
Some just can't move on from the past.
AB has just bought an asset into production in Q1 2023
The figures make this a multiple of the SP.
Elephant oil and DRC Arbitration signing to come.
VUP do not get paid until RRR also sign !
Everyone off their meds for Xmas?
Them figures are all just pie in the sky numbers!!
Ab at the helm means nothing will happen . Simple as that .REMEBER YOU INLY INVES IN RRR TO PAY MR BELL HIS WAGES ,THUS HAS BEEN PROVEN FOR 18 YEARS
RRR corp
say net $10 million at at 5 PE would be market cap of $50 m
current market cap $4.9 10X return from current price
IMO low PE justified with small production and unknown life AT THIS POINT
As always Rose tinted glasses LOL (to the bank)
5,000 tonnes per month
$951 Sales price
4,755,000 gross
$1,188,750 net to RRR per month
$14,265,00 per year to RRR
