They need shooting
Just heard TW's broadcast and got out. He's usually wrong but maybe he's right this time, taken my loss.
You never know, they were slow in dropping bid imo, good luck to all
Yes mate, sadly It's not even worth me selling so will just leave it in and put it down to a bad experience. It was always a punt but now a failed one or seems. Thank goodness I'm not just in this one. Shows over here, sorry it didn't work out for us.
This will fall badly today with this news
Terry Ramsden is behind the Canadian partners. Total fraudster
We have been had mate! Robbing c?&ts
Sorry, can't work out your change of heart. Yes, the 2nd RNS is a bit disappointing but at least informative. Who is this Canadian-linked fraudster you talk of?
Having listened to the TW broadcast and realised what's actually going on behind the scenes (all quite shocking), I too have decided to bale out - reluctantly as I've now lost a fair sum of capital. Holding on after hearing the "facts" of dodgy associates etc, just doesn't feel right. This was a really bad punt for me, hopefully I will learn from this :)
Never known anything like this, absolute blood bath! Anyone would think the contract talks had failed? Mms having a right field day today. Shocking.
Never again, Ivan you dodgy bas!£&(d
round the block with this one, I'm out, what a crock of sh** this has turned out to be, Ivan I don,t like your associates, I will keep a eye open for you in the future.
I think this will be suspended from AIM
The numbers really don't add up here. There have been over 95 working days since they announced the contract. 95 days to do DD on a few hundred life policies? Even if each policy was worth $50k (reality they would probably be much more) then that is 600 policies. They are doing DD on less than 6 polices per day?!? Something very fishy going on here!
Can't believe the Canadian partners have links to that fraudster, red flag truly shocking and I would be surprised if a NOMAD will take them on with this in mind. I'm out.
The MM's wanted you to sell earlier so they can buy your shares 50% cheaper than they sold them to you in the first place. Well done for not falling for it. :)
Yes it's disappointing, but better to know it's still ongoing than being left in the dark. I'd take honesty with the shareholders any day even if it's bad news. Now to hold, average down or sell up. I'm no selling at this price, no way! So I'll be option 1 for now and option 2 when funds are available. MM's have certainly created interest in this share today, been a lot of trading when previously we'd do well to get more than 10 trades in one day. Hopefully it's a blessing in disguise. We'll see.
Because that's all this company is about chasing that 300k, it's all we've been hearing about since how long. No new contracts announced just another paltry rns.
sms: yes indeed that's the reassurance that many of us have been waiting to hear. It's very much a waiting game this, but good to get the update from the BOD as now we know we're still on track and Ivan remains hopeful (and patient!) of DD being completed satisfactorily. I'm glad I didn't sell out earlier, in fact I topped up on the low :) GL holders.
Thanks Ivan that's all I needed to know. It just adds clarity that it's still on track but taking longer than expected. I can imagine "hopeful" was probably Ivan being a bit fed up tbh, after all this DD has been going on since November. He must have the patience of a saint. Big buys are still coming in despite the broker situation and the delay, it just shows this clarity has put people in the picture so they know the state of play when making their investment going forward. AIMHO.
Few buys going through after the progress update RNS and yet the MMs are still holding the SP down. Will they ever play fair ?! Answer = No, of course not :)
Further re: Agreement for Services The Company advises that, further to the update of 2 February 2015, its partners are still conducting their due diligence into the life settlement polices which may be subject to the orders. Accordingly, the Company has not started to provide its administrative services to its partners and is yet to receive the expected respective payment of $300,000 due on completion of the orders. The directors remain hopeful that its partners can conclude their due diligence satisfactorily and will update the market further in due course.
not looking good this
all the action is on DAN - one can almost smell the blood though.
