Why are they bailing ?
Spoke to the company this morning to find out what's going on. They are advanced talks with a NOMAD Cairn introduced to them and due diligence is being done at the mo. Cairn said they wouldn't cut and run so there is no need to worry about not getting a broker. If unsure ring the company they will confirm
Obviously these things do happen and I'm sure we'll find another Nomad in 30 days. How do you feel so certain Cairn are just cutting down their minnows?
This happens and I have seen it on a couple of my shares. They will just fine another - Simple. They have to release this info as part of the AIM rules, so nowt to worry about.
Cairn resigned as they are too big for INC. Ring cairn this morning they will clarify this
Yes, so all holders will either bail or crap themselves for the next month until (hopefully) the situation sorts itself out just to get back to where we were. It's now even more of a gamble than it was before, although we were confidently assured by Ivan this would be done well before Q1, I hang on with my investment in good faith that it might take longer than planned, and now this happens! Big kick in the teeth tbh.
It's not all over. If a broker come on board it's a stay of execution however will be back to 0.05p or less today I reckon. My avg 0.09 mainly freebies though after last spike
I became nervous about this as soon as it appeared at his "show". I had previously invested based on their RNS but should have gone with my instinct when I saw the dreadful performance at the Shareprophets seminar. What on earth is TW doing as a tipster. Jesus, my dog could leave his biscuits on the Financial Times share page & I'd be more confident. Yet another lesson learned.
oh dear - bang goes another one
You may be right, think it's time to bottom drawer this one and hopefully one day it'll put us back into profit.
Am i reading it right that if they don't get another broker its all over?
Broker resigning.. Funding being raised or practices?
Looks like a big crash today folks
But not the one we're after, brokerhas resigned.
If you are not ******* bricks can I assume therefore that you have no interest in INC? (other than an academic one, given that you are a doctor) If so I do not see why you are so concerned about the RNS.
Ivor said in a presentation that the money would be in q1. It wasn't so he should now update the shareholders. If I were you I wouldn't be content I'd be ****ting bricks!
Please explain. The only thing they BoD owes the shareholders is to try and get deals and provide a positive return, which I understand they are trying to do, therefore I am content with my investment in this company
They at least owe an announcement of some kind.
Oh dear! I had high hopes when Ivor came on board. Another AIM dud.
Well news looms anyway, whether it's good or bad, only time will tell. If the DD activity had already collapsed then INC would've been obliged to report it already. I haven't given up on this one yet. A lot of impatience in AIM !!
Deadline passes, SP heads south, predictable. Bad news looms I fear.
A number of people expect DD to be a matter of course yet also expect the news to turn this into a multi bagger the 2 don't tally, there is a risk that this won't come off. However, there is also the possibility that following an extensive DD process that we will be better placed for subsequent orders. An RNS will be issued once there is something to say. All the constant speculation is doing no one any favours and holding someone to a timeline, which us out of their control, is ridiculous.
Evening bdog thanks for your reply and efforts with e-mailing the company. I tried doing that about 10th March but had no reply; I was hoping that it meant news was close, sadly it was just ignoring SH's plea for clarity. I've re-read that quote from the RNS many times, and all of it implies imminent 300k contract and possibly others too "when first orders have been received". This says to me they're in talks with other partners / companies too otherwise it would surely be "when that expected first order is received" the pluracy makes me think there's more. Who know maybe it will be like set of trains; nothing for ages then two come along at once lol. If that's the case then all's forgiven lol. ;)
SMS I agree. I've contacted the company and will post here if I get a reply. Meanwhile, from 02 Feb RNS - "completion of these orders has been delayed due to extended due diligence by its partners into the policies subject to the sale and satisfying compliance procedures in multiple jurisdictions. The Company has been informed by its partners that the requisite due diligence is nearing completion and the compliance procedures now met. The Company will update the market once these first orders have been received." Clearly a longer delay than IC was expecting and a further update soon would be good. I'm still invested as I believe the contracts will come in due course..
Evening all I must admit I do feel a bit let down; not necessarily because we didn't hit the Q1 deadline but because of the lack of honesty / transparency. Surely it must have been obvious a few days ago that Q1 wasn't going to be met and a courtesy RNS informing that the DD was continuing longer than anticipated, the new time target is mid to end of April 2015 etc etc. Yes the price would have dropped but I doubt would bother LTH's much and possibly given a top -up opportunity. As this was expected "Well before Q1" and hasn't even made Q1 I feel rather frustrated. Having said that it doesn't change my position as you invest in the potential, not just how well it's ran. But given Ivan's record I thought a little bit of courtesy would have been applied given how patient we've all been. I hope this is reasonable.
