Thanks for that.
The interesting part is how much Leed acquired their shares for and how much they will be worth after the ipo.
Another point is what percentage of nxt tec is owned by Leed.
Could be a good time for Leed to do a rto into nxt tec.
We have a few million in tax losses which are worth a million or two in tax savings.
All the best for the new year.
Steve
NXT IPO issued, interesting read - looks positive but we obviously need to be realistic as well. Fingers crossed for a good 2020.
Have a great Christmas to all holding here. Still holding for this one, ATB.
Machine off now
OFF
About £10k.
Looking good imo for an rto relisting etc.
See nxt tec website for info.
Have you much money tied up in this?
Hi Ern
I look in almost every day. Hope for some news soon. From what I gather the new hotel in Perth should be completed early next year. The nxt website is certainly impressive. Look under case studies to see projects in the pipeline. IMO this building system would fly in the uk. Maybe Leed could be the main distributior. An rto is possible. All the best Steve.
be nice to get an update before Xmas.
Looks good that stuff to be fair and nxt look a pro outfit. It does look promising have to say.
Good to see a couple of posters still looking in.
I am following nxt tec very closely. The projects they are working on are worth many millions if not tens on millions of Australian dollars.
As I have said take a look at their website under case studies.
Our chairman seems very certain that they are seeking a London market listing in the near future.
I’m hoping for an rto we have a few million in tax losses that I think can be used. The chairman’s report at the bottom of page four of the accounts is good to read. Let’s hope it’s not too long before shareholder value is realised.
Extremely well made video, looks like LDP could well be on the up very soon.
Very informative and eye opening presentation of projects etc. Go to investors on nxt tec site and scroll down to play video.
IMO we have a very good investment here which should increase shareholder value substantially.
Thanks Steve and I will.
Reading the latest accounts our chairman says that they have reiterated their desire to have a London listing. Through a Leed rto would be great for us shareholders.
Their building system could be rolled out worldwide.
Read the chairman’s report on page four of the accounts it could be a very profitable future for the shareholders.
Thanks Steve.
Why would they relist though? I mean, why bother? I hope they do obviously. I know they relisted once before years ago. Do you think within 6 months that might happen? The projects sound good that I agree with
Good to know you are still looking in.
Nxt seems to be evolving into a multi million pound company.
Check out their website under case studies.
Some very large projects in the pipeline.
Agm today so maybe if anyone turned up they asked some questions about our future strategy here. IMO an rto is very possible we have tax losses available. Apparently nxt are interested in a uk listing so at rto would bring our shares back into play.
Interesting months ahead.
I will post any information I can find.
Steve, it sounds interesting. I've written this off here but still hold.
Been a long time coming if it does
Nxt website now showing projects for at least 3 hotels residential towers conference centres.Must be hundreds of millions of dollars alone. Anyone interested look under case studies commercial property and residential property. IMO an ipo must be very near. As I have said before at rto is very possible. Nxt have investor relations and solicitors both based in London and bdo are their auditors.
Hopefully some more updates soon.
Looked on meteor stone pty website. One of their projects Mitchell Freeway North used over 100,000 reconstituted limestone blocks to build noise walls on a freeway. Let’s hope we get a royalty on each one.
Been checking out their website more multimillion dollar projects coming on stream.
Leed have invested early should get a great return. I am hoping for rto.
Imo a billion dollar company in the making. If leed own 10% that's over 3p a share.
Mustn't get carried away with it but looks very good for the future.
Atb.
Steve
Good evening to you.
I haven’t seen any notice of an agm so it is good to know one is forthcoming.
I have been looking at the nxt tec website. Looks very impressive. Look under case studies on their site. Multi million pound projects in progress. Once an ipo is announced Leed investment of $300000 should be worth many times that. I still think their could be an rto in the near future.
We can then relist and things can return to normal for the shareholders.
Got mind through the post this morning.
I'm surprise that NOT all lost here yet, with so many false invested here, I thought is all loss here but not.
I think we should have at least 50% if not all investment in NXT.
I don't know if they will come back on aim as leeds resources or a new company?
IMO nxt will expand at such a great pace that an ipo and London listing will be the only way to raise enough capital. Leed investment will be turned into a stake in listed company. Maybe even an rto. Anything’s possible.
Atb Steve
... I agree ...it'd be nice to get something back here after all the waiting & hoping.
All the best & keeping fingers crossed...
Evening to you.
You’re welcome.
Not many of us been posting in last few months but thought it may be of interest to you.
Listing in London is a very positive point. Leed have got it at a very early stage. Nxt are getting multi million dollar contracts. See their website under case studies. They are even promoting flat pack buildings and are seeking distributors. These would fly in the uk.
Oooops that's listing not lusting :-/
Maybe a case of hope over reality :-)
