Has anyone notice something here, type DIP in search box and it lists a whole new company. I am not technically minded but if someone could check it out that would be great
Contact details for the directors were changed in November to a lawyer who specialises in takeovers rto’s etc.
IMO something in the pipeline regarding nxt tec. I’m not sure what has to happen to relist but as we can’t stay this way indefinitely I’m hoping that this will all change very soon.
I would think so.
Costs not that high.
This investment looks like it could take off big time.
Hoping investment is increased per last update.
Being listed would make it easier to raise finance by way of an open offer etc.
Looking forward to next update which should be very soon.
If the directors would have wanted to wind the company up they would have done so after sale of limestone business.
They obviously see a future for the company and its shareholders.
hopefully
Interesting. a relist this year?

2019 looks positive.
In at an average of about .0005p but £10k invested here so all the more reason for relisting imo.
We certainly have the funds available for relisting.
If the board had wanted to just wind the company up after the sale of the limestone business they could have easily done so. Instead they have chosen to invest in this high tec building company. They obviously see future potential.
Let’s hope so third time lucky.
If any further investment has been made it will be interesting to see what shareholding we have in nxt tec.
Ipo or even an rto possibly.
The next update due soon if the previous timeline is anything to go by.
Not for me those prices. £480 at .4p so its life but I see it talked about again. Take easy KIWI
I was fortunate mate, albeit two close calls but got out both times. Others may still be holding today from those levels
weren't invested at that level KIWI
5.5p ? to hell with that. Mega price
Good to see you still posting here.
Nothing to lose now if it relists. Decent website.
Keep the info going Steve, some good info from you. You've stuck it out I'll give you that
I had two close calls here during some of their shenanagins at that time, once upon a time this was 5.5p
Looks as if first year is free on nex exchange then only a few thousand dollars a year.
Relisting would then enable trading in shares to re start.
Nxt investment looks good in short term. Hotel being built many projects in the pipeline. Hoping for an rto and relisting this year. I’m sure the two largest shareholders would at least like to recoup their investments. I think they paid about 0.49p a share.
Happy and hopefully a prosperous new year to all Leed shareholders.
Are you invested here from years back ?
Wow, be careful before throwing further good money after bad.
Are you serious?
here. Unbelievable . relist not expensive nor impossible in 19.
Come on the LEED
I will be very interested to see if we have increased our investment here and what percentage we will own when hopefully an ipo is done.
Hotel build a bit later than I thought it would be although looks as if company could be a major player in the building of private homes.
Definitely
Looking good for next year.
Business News: NXT TEC. Ltd raises bar for sustainable builds.
We live in hope.
Good evening to you.
I still look in almost every day.
Nxt investment looks like having great potential.
Update due soon on whether any further investment has been made.
About $300000 aus in the bank.
Nex exchange listing free listing for first year looking at nex exchange site.
A relisting would revitalise the company and the sp.
Remember we were worth nearly 30 million pounds in the manas days.
I’m still banking on an rto into nxt tec.
this could be an interesting development, time will tell.
