But not too aggressively.

Its a nice slow climb.

Like boiling a lobster. The slowly rising temperature means it doesn't realise until its too hot

feels like it's all falling into place as each day goes by. official port sign off is the next big key to this, once that's confirmed this entire project is massively de-risked. we'd then be waiting on cold pelletisation confirmation the market will accept product, usage in stage 1 and 2, and cost savings = boom time

This article really sums up why ZIOC have decided to press forward this project.

I like this bit -

BHP said last month it would spend $2.9 billion (2.20 billion pounds) on its South Flank iron ore project, aiming to raise the average grade of its Western Australian iron ore to 62 percent from 61 percent. And in May, Fortescue signed off on a $1.28 billion mine and rail project, also in Western Australia, that is expected to yield ore closer to 62 percent.

Once the port gets signed off, what is the value of the zanaga mine with 67-68% ?

Just ponder this:

“Our inventory for sintered ore is running low due to frequent production curbs. I am willing to pay whatever it costs to replenish and add stocks for pellets,” said a manager at a domestic steel mill in Tangshan..

The structural shift in China anti-pollution policies, from the very top of their leadership, is driving the market into higher grades and iron ore pellets, as per this article from Reuters.

When ZIOC announce their test results on higher grade cold-bonded pellets this could explode.

SURVIVAL OF THE FINEST - MINERS REBOOT AS SMOG-HIT CHINA SEEKS HIGH GRADE ORE

Tangshan has also warned mills they could face closure if they don’t meet emission targets by October. The steps are at the forefront of a crackdown by Beijing, which this month flagged a widening of anti-smog targets to 82 cities from 28 now.

The impact on pricing for iron ore has been dramatic and miners are scrambling to revamp their strategies in response.

For lower grade ore, where the iron content is below 60 percent, discounts to higher grade material have widened significantly. In contrast, premiums for high-grade pellets, which can be shovelled straight into a steel furnace and do not go through a highly pollutive process called sintering, have surged.

“The era for China to buy cheap low-grade ore in order to be cost effective has passed. What China needs now and in the future will be more sophisticated ore, with higher iron and lower impurity content,” said Zhang Kun, a Beijing-based iron ore trader at Concord Fortune.

PELLET POWER

Of the big four iron ore miners, Brazil’s Vale (VALE3.SA) stands to benefit the most from the market shift, particularly from the jump in Chinese demand for pellets - one of the few options for mills when output curbs kick in on heavy smog days.

“Our inventory for sintered ore is running low due to frequent production curbs. I am willing to pay whatever it costs to replenish and add stocks for pellets,” said a manager at a domestic steel mill in Tangshan, declining to be identified as he was not authorised to speak to media.

Looking at what HL are showing there's just under 200,000 shares missing from what they've reported.

Anyone see a big buy at 11.07p?

Yes.
What's more it makes you a hostage to the market makers.
They know what you have to pay and when yo have to pay it.
Then they can simply walk the market away from you.
