Morning fairview....

It maybe semantics,..... but the RNS did not say it was 'draft' contract,....it said that Contracts had been draughted. Which, IMHO,... means that they are now written up.... and just need excecuting; perhaps Board approval from both sides, or something of that manner...?
___

RNS: ... Contracts have been drafted and we anticipate providing a further update in the new year.

Agreed WSG have disappointed many times but the only real **** up I can recall was the ferry. The ebola crisis and Donald Trump's reckless actions were hardly their fault. There's no denying the Iran contract would have been huge and it would have gone ahead without Trump. I think they have been unlucky so we can only hope their luck changes.

MOU = LOI = Draft contract = BS when it comes to WSG.
In my opinion, of course.

Interesting to see some buys here today. Haven't posted in a while as very quiet on the news front. I think the establishment of the EU SPV would start things moving but so far the EU have shown no bottle. Without the SPV the EU will lose what little credibility they have as they will be forever tied to the foreign policy of the US. The realisation of how useless they are might finally push them to do something.

Of course there is always the other contract in Africa. The fact that is a draft contract sounds more promising than an MOU or an LOI. I don't know what the probability of the draft contract becoming a final contract is as WSG never reveal very much.
