I’ve noticed a few big buys going through in the last couple of days. Lithium is up. The election is over and a good rns today. All looks good going forward. Dyor and glah
Yep,the sp like this political millarky.lol.
I see the Creative English Course is helping to paint pictures with words.
Let's hope the beast is finally wakening up and hasn't just opened one eye for a moment as it farted........
But lets not get too excited, sp still very low, just not quite as low as it was last week!
5.5 million delayed trade just been put through
2.40 paid....
Agree CVN65 - very strong intercepts there and great ammo to go into the Giga Europe conference with to further spur interest in old Savannah!
I agree with you CM, though being anti-mine can't be that important to most in Portugal given that the AD alliance only increased votes by about 200,000 and MPs by 2. So it's not really something that seems to have been an item for most of the country. I accept though at a local level this will be different.
I think if the incoming government wants to make significant changes to Li Policy then it will need to get his passed, which will be hard for them and require they use the Enough party votes. Is this something they would want to rely on or be seen to be using?
So as you say, maybe we will just be left alone for now to progress through to a stage where it will cause serious damage for Portugal (at an EU level) if they then take action to block progress for EU Li independence.
Hopeless if you want decisions. They may not show support for lithium mining as it is perceived a s a hot potato and vote loser but neither will they take action to stop it and risk losing EU support. Luckily in SAV’s case we just want the government to leave us alone and allow us to continue operations towards a DFS. Can’t see that changing any time soon?
The results are significant - grades and widths are right up there, means Pinheiro will be a lot more than just a starter pit, will up the NPV of the project as will enhance early cash flows and shows there is plenty more in to find and can only add to the overall mineral resource.
Excellent set of results to take to the first day of the Giga Europe event .
They will have had their breakfasts and getting ready for the opening speeches.
Great news today with building lithium market momentum again
Really good news. We can certainly see over 50mt being reported in the DFS.
That amount will attract the big miners/processors to the table.
Lithium grades and tonnages increasing!

Considering sav and others are being investigated on corruption Regarding the mine etc
Sav being innocent of all charges we think
There’s certainly been a nod and a wink regarding these results
Could of made it less obvious with yesterday’s trades
Very nice
Cracking result and more to come, at some stage we will see an upgrade to over 50mt
Now we know why ! Very nice RNS.
Someone definitely loading up
I assume this is more purchases from our Portugal investor, as such I assume he is quite happy with the election result.
Never a dull moment with a SAV investment...
The last Politico poll of polls showed a much larger margin between AD and PS so maybe the Presidential plea for people to vote and high turn out has had its effect.
They are all aware of the different issues that face the country, high rents, low wages, immigration, emigration of the ambitious and perceived (or not) corruption. The BLP touches positively on many of these issues and, despite the implications of the SundayTimes article yesterday, the confirmation from the authorities that SAV has no case to answer would help undercut any political opposition looking to make objective decisions for the benefit of the country.
As you say TB, one might hope that the AD and PS will be adult enough to enable positive economic development for their respective electorates, and not use the possible disruptive votes of Chega to stall, just because they can. I can understand their name, looking back and saying ‘enough’ but do they want their current battle cry to be associated with ‘Not Enough’ by their current and future supporters if all they do is prevent economic renewal?
When the political 3-legged milking stool has one much shorter leg, it doesn’t make it very stable for business to plan.
Sad details to know, though good place to look was CNN Portugal (have a very nice 30% share owner)....using the browser 'Translate to English' option gives a good summary of the situation on the numbers and some details on the different parties.
Politics is odd though, looks like in 2024 the UK could be in a minority with elections this year, where by we look to be moving from a right leaning to left leaning (other will decide if Sir Keith is even left) government. If a week is a long time in politics, a year must be multiple lifetimes.
