Should have said divided by 800 (not 200) then multiplied by 200
I am with Barclays Stockbrokers and my account is now showing 149,995 N4P shares. I had 600k ONZ shares before so 600k divided by 200 gives 750 and multiplied by 200 should give me a round 150k shares after consolidation. So anyone understand how I have lost 5 shares? Not a huge amount I know but that is not the point.
Well done Taff, I know other people who have as well. There's been some strong buying this afternoon and I feel there will be plenty more days just like this. Maybe we'll see the odd TR1 pop up too which will ooze confidence in the company moving forward...
I am with HL. Now swapped.
Trading on my account 6.50/7.00 but won't let me buy or sell any yet.
Thanks allnew not trading just wanted to watch share price on relist out of interest will move over to the N4P board now!
Twentytwenty - I'm with HL too. And no, I haven't been swapped over yet either. Someone on the N4P board has spoken to them on the phone and posted info on that board. It appears it may take until the end of the week from what was said on that board. Very slow if you wish to trade but not a problem if you're planning to be a LTH like I am.
Halifax share dealing had everything swapped over and functioning by 08:00 this morning.
It would seem so HL have been unhelpful claiming that they do not yet have a line of the new stock and will not update until then, is anyone else with them?
No, it's changed to n4 pharma on IG
My shares still showing as ONZ in my HL account anyone else have this?
Buys now coming in at 6.84 and bid rising nicely after the early shake. Have a good day guys.
Thanks i`ll nip over there :)
Thanks - N4P page up and running http://www.lse.co.uk/SharePrice.asp?shareprice=N4P
6.36 on google
6.5
N4P??
we on now
We are, although it seems most brokers haven't managed to suss it out yet! My portfolio is showing my holding worth around £2m at the mo haha.
We are aren't we N4P
we were back trading today?
N4p page is up and running
Don't think 7p will be round for long.....IMHO
Think there will be quite an appetite for these over the coming weeks. Looking forward to seeing the N4P newsflow coming through. We've such a strong BOD, you don't get much higher quality and experience on AIM. Placing price of 7p, what a chance for new investors to get in at these low levels.
Worth reminding those still quoting 1 share for every 4 that it is not quite like that. It only works if your number of shares are divisible by 800 as a whole number. e.g. If you own 8000 shares then that is divided by 800 giving you 10 shares which is then multiplied by 200 giving you 2000 new shares. If you own 8799 old shares then when this is divided by 800 it still only gives you 10 which again is multiplied by 200 still giving you only 2000 new shares as before. Your 799 ‘surplus’ shares are then pooled with everyone else’s ‘surplus’ shares to make a number that is divisible by 800 and multiplied by 200 and sold on the open market (tomorrow I think). You will then get back funds in the proportion that you contributed to the pool. PS : Don’t know what happens to the surplus from the pooling exercise.
