Let's hope we are OK glass half full and all that cattleman lots of peeps got money invested here and want a positive spin not depressing . As your invested glad your Not a visiting troll ?
To look to the uninformed a bit of a mess...why dont they keep us shareholders informed.....i smell something a little fishy....i sincerely hope my smell is incorrect
I know my post seems to good to be true. I'm only relaying what I have heard on the grapevine. We will just have to wait and see what happens next week.
This is how I understand things:- Before a reverse take over takes place there must be shareholder consent. If the consent is given then shares in ONZ are cancelled and the new company, N4, must then apply to be listed just in the same way as a new company. Ten working days notice is required before admission. As far as I'm aware shareholder approval has not been asked for at the upcoming AGM, so I can't see how the RTO can take place at the moment. I've emailed Gavin for clarification that shareholder approval must be given and if there will be an emergency general meeting at some point in the future to obtain shareholder approval. No reply yet. As for ONZ being cancelled at this stage - I don't think so. See my previous post regarding going past the 6 month stage. I suggest you read the AIM rules set out last year. Look at point 14. It's quite clear that shareholder consent must be obtained. Read their rns in a way that means that aslong as they've made an acquisition by 17th April which is the RTO then they will be ok. So they don't necessarily have to be resisted by the 17th April, just that they've made the acquisition by the 17th. Just my opinion
Nothing in the AGM notification about the RTO so how can it be approved at AGM? http://www.onzimaventures.com/docs/2017%20AGM%20NOTICE.pdf
Must admit to be somewhat confused. Doesn't it all have to be approved by shareholders first? I don't see how this can 'complete' by next week. I thought it needed to be completed by 17th to avoid AIM cancellation. Please can someone explain?
I think the agm is scheduled for the 18th as the 17th is bank holiday and therefore it's acceptable that all is agreed and announced on the 18th. Trading to resume on 19th.
Agree RNS no later than cob tomorrow to say RTO as next Tuesday (is the 18th) is to late and its all over any views out there !!
If the Company has not made an acquisition or acquisitions which constitute a reverse takeover under the AIM Rules or otherwise implemented its Investing Policy within 6 months of the suspension, being 17 April 2017, the admission of the Company's ordinary shares to AIM will be cancelled.
I agree. Nigel needs to be very present as a CEO now. I hope there's a big PR exercise to raise awareness of N4's potential, and how things are progressing with their technologies.

However, not pleased that those who of us who were treated like mushrooms for months have not been given the opportunity to participate. No point in moaning to Gavin now,but I will be speaking to Niger in a few weeks. It was our money being used and we should have been at least offered the opportunity.
RTO is underway as announed in Jan 17. If you read the last RNS: " the Proposed Acquisition will be completed in mid-April 2017" Hence expect news next week, probably.
I wish to know why shareholders are being kept in the dark...or some of us...How much time is left....?
Wow. Sounds positive. Fingers crossed all goes to plan.
I've also heard the the book is now closed for the placing shares. All taken up, placing done and dusted. Hence I'm personally not expecting any nasty hold ups But then gain this is AIM!! No - I have faith this will all go through ok and we will then be in a much better place with NT at the helm. ATB.
