up for a few beers at the 10p party boys when we can look back on this and laugh! Let hope so anyway :))) GLA. Roll on N4 Pharma.
It was always going to be a tight time frame. Lots going on behind the scenes and I'm certain they are very much on top of it all. I'd rather they spent their time ensuring they raise the finance for N4, complete the necessary paperwork and re-list with a strategy that grabs institutional attention propelling the SP forward from the outset, rather than writing RNSs simply saying 'everything is ok'. We will be updated as and when important milestones are completed. Only 3 weeks until we should re-list, I can't wait.
an EGM called for at the same time/date/venue as the AGM. Time is ticking......
AGM mentioned in the final results..... The Annual General Meeting of the Company is to be held at 2 Stone Buildings, Lincolns Inn, London WC2A 3TH on Tuesday 18 April 2017 at 10.15am.
That's good to hear - Gavin has indicated everything is fine. It's reached the point when I was considering dropping him a message myself, but as you and others have already done so Charlie, then I'll carry on keeping my eyes peeled for news.
Looks like things are finally coming together chaps. We will be back out of suspension in no time at all.
Professor z...Thanks for that information....
The first piece of the jigsaw is now in place, the dilution for the 51% of N4 is just under 16%. Nigel had a holding exceeding 17% of ONZ that he had acquired through both share purchase and through the original N4 49% acquisition. Companies House is now updated and the shareholders of N4 are ONZ 49% and NT 51%. Therefore the new shares will directly increase NT's stake in ONZ by 24,272,807 shares. This will result in him owning approximately 52m shares in ONZ, equating to 24% of the enlarged shares issued. Importantly, this keeps him below the 30% threshold and also enables him to participate in the forthcoming open share offer. Exciting times ahead.
Indeed! With all that's going on with ONZ, N4's work, I'm assuming, has been continuing regardless. Let's remind ourselves that they received a grant for the Nuvac program from the Medical Research Council, which is in itself a great endorsement of N4 and raises its profile. The MRC is a government funded body that supports 'excellent science projects that enhance the health of people in the UK and around the World' And in the words of Nigel himself (N4 website) :- '2017 will be an exciting year for N4 Pharma as it continues to file a wide range of exciting reformulation patents and to develop exciting new versions of these drugs which it intends to license to leading pharmaceutical companies . ” Well, Q1 of 2017 is already over, so here's to hoping that our newly listed N4 will explode into life with a flurry of endorsements, deals and research updates. One can but hope!
Faithfull......lol! I don't think we have had much of a choice for the last 5 months! In 12 months time we could be looking really exciting.....lots of patents in place, strategic partners signed up. Deep joy!
Positive report today and confirms everything is still moving in the right direction. AGM is next month, anyone planning to attend? As per the RNS, re-list is likely to be VERY close to the deadline. But as mentioned before, these things take a lot of work and time to get right, so we all need to stay patient and we'll get our rewards I'm sure. I'm really looking forward to hearing further news and updates. I have a feeling the fund raise may involve some sticky money. Also note that there will be an open offer to existing shareholders, so could work out very nicely for us faithful ONZ bunch, if you choose to take advantage. It's been a long 6 months, but it'll be well worth it to be part of such a pioneering company with an excellent board and in a multi-billion dollar industry. I'm really quite excited. All the best guys.
Well that's one positive I guess. A narrowed loss from 164k to 22k for the last year of trading as ONZ. Now when is the shareholder meeting to get approval for the RTO?! Maybe they wanted the final results info out first - news very soon on the EGM then?!
Looking forward to this opening up. Like you ive been sat waiting with money in here. Not long now
A bit more patience and I am sure we will all find out the outcome here soon. Might ring very loud for some.
Loud and clear RD. I had a bit of a read up on the N4 website this weekend just to remind myself of the technologies that are currently being developed... Exciting stuff indeed and I can see plenty of growth here both short term and long term. :-)))
hear the clock ticking?? Lets just hope the Alarm is not set for April o'clock as it could be a bit close!
I think I'm going to install you as my homepage calendar
agree, things must be close now! after all the whole point of an RTO was for N4 to utilise the listing, so no point in loosing it by not meeting a deadline. Tomorrow or Monday for news (imo)
Agreed AJ. NT took OXP to approx 40m and if he can do half of that (very feasible) then we will be talking of a 10 bagger from where we are now.
Nice post John, good to see the positivity continuing here. N4 has the potential to roll out various, high quality products and make heaps of revenue in a [relatively] short space of time. I'm anticipating strong attention for the new company and a re-list that makes everyone involved happy. If all goes according to plan, we should be able to look back on the past few months and laugh about how fraught we were at the beginning :o)
'til lift off approaching. I'm looking forward to seeing what's in store... Valuation will be interesting and looking forward to seeing what the appetite is like for N4 as a public listing.... I think there will be lots of interest. N4 is certainly not a one trick pony and I suspect investors will be licking their lips at what is to come over the next couple of years. It's been a frustrating time for shareholders here over the past 6 moths but I suspect that is all to change. Lets all look forward to the new regime. ATB Johno.
Doc Holiday is invested just listened on ********** this share will be very lucrative in the future.....
Makes sense.
To avoid to many questions which the company will answer very soon in an RNS
Really? Oh I wonder why that was, any views anyone?
