This is the stand out sentence from the RNS:- "The risk reward profile with a portfolio approach to drug reformulation backed by strong IP is one that, the Directors believe, has the potential to generate significant returns for Shareholders" Looking forward to the month of May!
50p? Now that's a nice thought
We've had to change plans people and 40p has no ring to it, so gonna have to round it up to the 50p party...;-) 23millish mcap, see you there.
That's what I said to the wife :-)
BE HAPPY WITH A RISE
Absolutely Graphite. But keep it up laddie..scribbling away for hours and hours in the vain effort to become graphene...One can aspire, but rarely reaches..
And whose been the voice of reason throughout this process????? Come on Petty Cash hold your hand and admit my prediction of a placing premium to pre-suspension would happen? Also if you took time to see how the future funding will be set up you will see again how silly your earlier rant today also was. PMSL.... ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ONZRE: Amazing how sentiment changes....17 Jan '17 hahaha...you are a JOKER Graphite!!!! If you gave someone £10K and they gave you back £3K would you say "Thank you, I am SO pleased!" Great deal! haha Jokerrrrrrr!! Yes, I'm happy we're coming back, but at a big price. Burnell,s still the winner, matey
We can always trust Petty to play the doom and gloom merchant, lol.
Calm down Rachels dad! All looks to be working out well here, not withstanding a shocking lack of comms from GB... but I've heard it SO many times before what a share "should" be .."Kerching" etc etc.. You may find it goes to 10p, then there's a ass sell-off as peeps in the know probably have more idea of time frames for patents etc.. They may have a few things up their sleeves to keep it projecting upwards ( and maybe patents/trials will come along in a timely manner and make this a resounding success story. Conversely, wouldn't be surprised to see an initial flutter, no doubt with attendant premature orgasom on here, followed by a swift decline for a fundraiser. At the mo, pleasantly surprised and pleased to see it back under the guidance of te man with its interests tryly at heart.
it's a 1/4 of our original holding @ 7p Will be 10p in the blink of an eye!
The only disappointment is that we have to wait almost a whole 3 wks until N4 takes off!! ;-)) Good times ahead my friends, i'm gonna have a beer or two tonight... We are now invested in Nigel and I think he's a man with a plan who can make us all a lot of money...Have a great wkend :))
Reading the suspension RNS with disbelief 6 months ago as only invested 2 weeks prior to suspension. Couldn't believe my lack of luck. Good times ahead
Yes, it works out at 1:4 - one new share per four held. That equates to a new share price of 5p given the closing price of 1.25p. The acquisition of N4 is in two stages, the first tranche of 4,810,800 new shares will occur immediately. The second tranche of 4,591,400 will only be payable subject to the share price rising to 15p for ten consecutive business days within a two year period. The placing is at an initial premium of 40%, being at 7p 15p appears significant and would reflect 200% growth. But don't be mislead. On 3rd May this should show as being 300% up simply due to the share consolidation - this of course is not real growth. 15p will look like 1,100% on 3rd May..... The appetite for N4 will of course dictate where this closes but, given what we are dealing with, this could easily exceed all expectations and the 15p target could be shattered very quickly indeed. Who knows what will be - I am very excited but whatever happens, I am confident that this will show a huge swing on 3rd May and sit on top of the day's risers.
It's a strange formula, but I reckon 4:1 is correct. Dividing share holdings by 800 first will remove (probably hundreds) of holders with less than 800 shares (fractions of a share are not allowed) ie. a tidying up exercise - I believe they'll get their money back, but will no longer be shareholders.
Divide your holding by 800, multiply by 200 and that's your new shareholding. The true value will be the market price not 0.4p. They did a placing at 7p, so I guess that's the issue price?
I'm a holder but .... "The Share Re-organisation which is expected to take place after close of business on the Record Date will involve every 800 Existing Ordinary Shares being consolidated into 1 New Ordinary Share and each resulting 1 New Ordinary Share will be subsequently sub-divided into 200 New Ordinary Shares of 0.4p each. " ... I've re-read this part of the RNS a few times and I'm still no clearer. If we go 800 to 1 and then 1 to 200 at 0.4p are we sure that's 4:1 overall?
Fund raising at 7p was at a 40% premium to the last market closing price. Looking seriously good here.
I think the rest of the year will be very interesting, especially when Nigel announces a major being involved in the sildenafil reformulation. Looking forward to 3rd May!
Yes that's how I read it ie 800 old shares = 200 new hence 4:1 consolidation.
4/1. New stock at 7p. Closed at 1.25. So that's a 1.75p raise.
Everyone. It all starts here. If it's 4:1 then we are all better off at relist.
After the initial excitement I think there will be a fair few folk that have been shafted with those consolidation figures
Can someone explain this to me please. Way I'm reading it is that current holders will get 1 for every 800 they own and then shortly after 1 for every 200 of that. I'm seriously confused!!
To all patient ONZers :))
Great news, never had any doubts. Could fly on relisting GLA
