-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Onzima Ventures plc - Consolidation and Subdivision -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Onzima Ventures plc has announced a reorganisation of the Company's Share Capital. Shareholders as at close of business on 2 May 2017 will have their holding consolidated, receiving 1 new Share in place of every 800 Shares previously held. Each consolidated Share will then be subdivided into 200 new Shares. The Company is also proposing to change its name to N4 Pharma plc. The new Shares are expected on 3 May 2017 and will be credited to your portfolio on receipt. We will write to you following the Consolidation and Subdivision to confirm how your holding has been affected.
My Onzima share holding has already been divided by 4, so trading really should be ready first thing tomorrow.
Yes
Does everyones holding of ONZ get transferred over to N4P tomorrow morning when it opens?
reassuring to see how quickly the website has been updated, and it does look very professional now! Goodbye Gavin!
Just had a read through the new website. It's nicely laid and clearly explains how far they've come with Nuvec already. The evidence for successful transfection of cells is clearly shown and is probably why they were awarded the funding from Innovate UK. Looking good for news in the near term on this, although it's probably the sildenafil that will get people's interest A very experienced board - Paul Titley has advised over 900 pharma companies over a 40 year period - and lots of research going on. We're in at 7p a share. Reckon we're on to a winner here.
N4 Pharma now online, everything looks on schedule..... https://www.n4pharma.com/
a better result than tea did :)
Be surprised if much selling tomorrow, unless really needing to free cash. This looks a very exciting place to be IMHO
We have an excellent BOD here ready to drive N4 forward. I can see some decent interest in the share tomorrow (as long as all the brokers are offering the company first thing). It's going to be an exciting year.
This guy on the Bod as well as Nigel and Paul: Dr David Templeton BSc, PhD - Non-Executive Chairman (Age 64) David is an experienced R&D manager having worked in major pharmaceutical and biotech businesses and in the generic industry with specific expertise in early clinical development and translational biology, toxicology and safety pharmacology, lead selection, candidate characterisation, PK/PD analysis and bioanalysis. David has worked in various pharmacology and pre-clinical drug discovery roles for Pfizer, Xenova, Smithkline Beecham and GlaxoSmithKline and was the head of non-clinical development at Celltech Limited from 2003 to 2004 before moving to Merck Generics UK as head of biometrics. He was appointed as director of clinical pharmacology of Eisai Limited in 2007 until in 2010 setting up his own consulting business offering discovery and early development advice to several pharmaceutical companies.

Many thanks - great research elan!
I think the resolutions must have been passed at today's meeting. I checked Companies House and Onzima Ventures is now called N4 Pharma PLC as of today.
There was a meeting today - see RNS
like today's at 11.00am with the importance that today/tomorrow have, and the meeting finished around 12 - 12.30, I know I would be heading towards the nearest bar to celebrate! RNS sometime later, just to rubber stamp everything (imo)
I see. Perhaps so. Raring to go for tomorrow...
There was a general meeting today at 11 to obtain shareholder approval of the reverse take over. The AGM didn't deal with the reverse take over. See the RNS dated 13 April. Maybe we can expect an after hours RNS?
Not sure what meeting you're referring to j. All resolutions were passed at the AGM on18 April.
Does anybody know how the meeting went @ 11?
Apologies AGM was last month. General Meeting today @ 11am
