ProfessorSPD, I subscribed earlier today, applied for as many shares as I have in my trading account. From the main page after logging in, click on the portfolio tab, then corporate actions. There should be a box there stating "response required", click on that and fill in the sum you wish to subscribe for. I hope that helps.
Longjog...what a t.i.t.
I have ii and can subscribe in both ISA and nominal account.

Muminr,
When did you subscribe?
I have no action to participate in my i i account
Been watching from afar for quite a while and so pleased I didn’t jump in as it seems this company is like an absolute sponge with cash. How on earth have they managed to survive for so long. And seeing that story about this being at £3 once is frankly unbelievable. My heart goes out to those now locked in with very heavy losses. I just hope you get some sort of return to allow you to escape.
I’m sure I’m not the only one who bought in March 2020 for 25p and watched it rise to £3 before the 80p placing. What a bad day that was. Watching £250,000 half in a few seconds. Being new at the time I listened to the people on this page and held on for a while and eventually sold most at £1.50 for a tidy profit. If only FDA happened…. I still have an odd few 10,000 shares (worth not much at all now) so should be able to get some of the placing. I think it’s worth a punt tbh, what ever happens GDR always have a big bounce from time to time so don’t be shocked to see it again. It does have great products and I’m sure one day it will all work out
Slacker: My £43208.05 investment is presently worth 3193.76 :-(
How is this possible when you are selling the company down thd River to sipping the boards income.

Call up IG on Monday.
Same here, II sent an email..
Thanks, Muminr, no message in IG and no email. It means I can't buy shares at 1.5p :-( Never mind I will sell when the share price reaches 10p and bear the losses.
I don't know about IG, but I received an email from Interactive Investor informing me. There was a message in my Corporate Actions tab where I could state how much I wanted to submit in relation to the offer. Check your emails and IG account for any messages.
Hi onlyprofit, that's tall ask i think in the immediate future, a MCap of over £200M. Long term, of course anything is possible. However, maybe not with the current management.
I went for the open offer to reduce my average slightly. Hopefully there will be opportunities for people with our averages to recoup most of our money. A few of the posters on here mentioned trading the share rather than sitting on it. In hindsight, that's what I should have done. If we trade wisely selling the peaks and buying back lower hopefully we'll make a recovery. I wish you all the best.
Joe: how can I take part in open share offer? Do I need to contact IG for the offer?
The only way is to lower your averages.
Might just do that by starting with the open offer if the SP stays well above 1.5p.
If they successfully raise £6m, the total number of shares would be 505m (before placing 149m). Do you guys think the share price ever reach 40 to 50p? My average is 33p and I have mentally written off my investment. I know it is my fault but expert opinion is required.
Thanks Jimi and Eureka for that explanation. Well, I 'll be voting for it then and hoping for the best come July 10th.
The 3 amigos have had plenty of time to plan for this scenario.
My gut tells me the charlatans have been successful with there planning!
Muminr, the REX shares will be needed if they are to reach the £3.9m worth that they need for the fundraise to go ahead, I'm not buying the REX shares but will vote in favor of them. The open offer shares are not enough by themselves, they amount to about £2m.
With the news of the last two days and todays sp action there are a few crumbs of comfort.
1)The sp actually closed on the day's high (2/2.5p) having opened at 1,5p on the bid. Clearly there are some still keen to get in.
2)The placing successfully completed with 138 million shares or £2.1 million accounted for.
3)If £6million is raised that would keep the Company going for 15 months at present level of expenditure though next year the outgoings will be higher.
4)Increased sales should give the Company a longer cash runway, especially if the NICE full approval is given for the stroke test in exactly 2 months from now as expected.
However there is one big hurdle to be overcome. The need for another £3.9 million to be raised through the REX Offer (up to 233 million shares)and the Open Offer (up to 143 million shares). Should this target not be attained then the conditional part of the placing (127 million shares) would lapse as would the Open Offer and the REX Offer and only the 11.17 million firm share placing would remain, equating to around £167,000. Then there would be an urgent need to raise funds through other sources resulting in even greater dilution for shareholders or worse.
I, for one, will be supporting the Open Offer but there are no guarantees that it will be successful.
2 x ii’s didn’t offer the participation for ‘ open offer’
Jimi, Yes, I thought about it long and hard and went for the offer shares. I think I'll be voting against the REX shares though.
