thanks Laura.
this little gem will do some magic this year.
way oversold
directors are heavily involved in at much higher prices
some big contracts have won recently.
and cash is more than mcap right now!!
what not to like here??
directors holding 58% of company at 12p is the most attractive part here!!
Hi masqu led
I am just following some very good people that I have gotten to see over the last 12mths and also look on other discussion groups, my first two shares which are now up but have huge potential include £4mln cap PYC
That led me to other good people, for example a person called Stephen did a brilliant summary on PYC over the weekend and I have added there too
I also look for undervalued companies whether that be LLOYD or something as small as ITS
PLO About to pop
directors are holding big chunk of the company!!
they are in at very high prices(12p)!!
right now 1p,so no brainer here!!
i love these ones could rocket through the roof suddenly seen many do it if the herd arrives.
I went in here...in hindsight a bit early...December @2p....but for all the reasons you mention.......If we do get the opportunity to participate at 0.5p....I intend to top up a bit heavier!
I'd like to think we'll be back above 4p....soon enough!
GLA
Gaining a bit of attention from ya tip laura ..gla
Laura2022, is there any other group too?
It looks really good Laura , well under the radar at the moment :)
Found this on another discussion group, can't take any credit but certainly looks good
£3mln cap
All time lows of 0.8p having been 8p +
After all write downs NAV still 6.4p (down from 11.5p)
Raised £6mln via convertible loan via major shareholders that can be re paid by November 2023 and can't be converted till after April (if at all)
Already received £1.7mln asset sale in December
Plus
gross consideration receivable by Fulcrum is expected to be c.49 million. £33.7 million has been received to-date, leaving approximately £15.3 million to be received.
Small punt also ...gla
I'm in with a small punt
Over 8p at the end or September, looking for a good turnaround over sold .
Bond holders got a good deal here
Fulcrum got a year to pay back a chunky loan or if they dont the bond holders get shares at a 50% discount
Be careful here high risk high reward scenario
You're knackered if the contracts don't pick up
moving up today, is there some good news coming?
Hope nobody followed the tip in The Daily Telegraph back in September. Just goes to show how many know it all people in the financial press often know sod all. Glad I exited before the big drop as I don’t see this one making a come back now. It’s not even a penny stock anymore now the SP has dipped below 1p.
NAV=6.4p.gl.
Apologies - Harwood not Norwood . .
I'm not holding here just to be clear.
The SP charts for FCRM to be frank are grim viewing.
Norwood and Bayford have exploited this company horrendously and combined with the market conditions the SP is a horror show.
But we've now reached bid / ask of 1p vs 1.1p
If we were to dip further its bargain basement pump and dump territory for some speculators.
If we were to reach 0.5p - 0.75p I'll be dipping my toe
But this is a serious risk . . .
Junk I think .
Sorry last post was for TWD.gl.
Nav About 2.9p after all rights.gl.
Where were you Neil when I needed your opinion ? wish I had your foresight! But that's all....lol!
Loses 15.5 times greater in 2022 compared to 21.
Wow, nothing good can be said about such an increase really, can it!!
