All you need to know about this company is looking right back at you. A 'Trading Statement' that is a rehash of an earlier RNS and which contains absolutely nothing about the performance of the company other than 'in line with expectations'. No statements about newly won contracts, money in the bank, income or turnover. Compare it with previous trading statements. Blink and you might miss the loan (from shareholders at a whopping 20% interest + 20% arrangement fee) has been extended.
So in context a company struggling has been loaded up with debt that it will not be able to pay off and the terms of which will send it into greater debt. Meanwhile the main shareholders are skimming 40% of the loan back into their pockets through preload arrangement fees and interest. The promise of conversion is a mirage.... the company is worthless.
I'm much in the same position as you QuantumStar. (Invested £1,000)
I only invested on the basis that they were trying to turn things round and exiting the smart meter market and concentrating on their key strengths on instalation etc. I think?
The concern seems to be that the two lenders will acquire FCRM on the cheap and force small shareholders to sell at next to nothing and therefore lose most or all of their investment.
Personally I only invested on the basis of a pure gamble in order to acquire a larger holding at 0.5p...and see where it goes. It's really only a small investment for me....I just have to decide how much I am prepared to invest in the Rights issue at 0.5p probably/maybe?
Can someone enlighten me as to what is happening with this Company ?.
What is happening with this Company ?. Useless BoD taking their money and do not seem to be doing anything to deserve it .
Some of the buying is probably to gain the ability to add at the Conversion price else you won't be able to.
"· If converted, the conversion price will be the lower of the volume weighted average market value of the Company's Ordinary Shares in the 5 trading days immediately preceding the date of the conversion notice or 0.5p per Ordinary Share of the Company (the "Conversion Price");
· At or around the point of Conversion, the Company's shareholders will be entitled to participate in an open offer or similar arrangement, at the same price as the Conversion Price;"
Looks like it's waiting for a re-rate towards 4p. A small buy can move the SP means few are selling.
In the grand scheme of things the jump in SP is minimal and just a repercussion of how low it is.. in other words a relatively small buy can move the price by a large percentage is what we seen on January jump from 0.77 to 1.30
Someone must have got into this pretty low to be able to take profit at this price... fair play to them
Looks tempting at this price
We know what follows - horse droppings .
Part of my post from last month "..you couldn't even call it noise...nothing to see here...the SP will either drop back to 0.6 and then rise to 4p...or it may just go to 4p in due course or perhaps more than 4p on more positive news. The directors shares mostly cost them 12p...was that about a year ago?"
personally I'm holding a small CORE and intend to add if it ever goes to 0.6p
There could be news on it's way...strange dealings
Noticed last year high....of 30p 60 million turnover
Yep it will
Nothing about the speeding ticket rns suggests anything wonderful to come anytime soon..
Sorry
was mid 70s when first started watching this fluctuate, to buy or not etc...seemed to have lots of orders on the books. cannot blv sunk so low.. cannot even say worth a punt down here...gl all...looks like you may need it. shall continue to view from up here, on the fence !...for now.
Sorry dad !!!!!
He's talking "gangsta". About sums it up!
Is it possible for you to speak in proper English
No ya right but one person giving a tip not p an d im sure like most shares bit gossip works wonders when it hit top of leader board ppl av look want quick buck its not like jr or mags on here lol ...gl in dvrg ...
ho5e4u, I'm not bitter. In it's simplest form a company's share price, at any given point in time, is essentially a "bet" (it's the equilibrium point between those people "betting" that the price is about to rise and those people "betting" that the price is about to fall). Everybody is in it to make money, whether they are betting on the share price rising (long) or betting on the share price falling (short). You can't have the one without the other. But I do take exception with the P'n'D mob who post uncorroborated information/rumours; they are essentially preying on other PIs FOMO to drive the price up in a short space of time so that they pocket a profit at their expense. It's not victimless.
PS. It'll take a lot more than a fiver to get DVRG's share price moving upwards ;-)
At the end of the day the SP is only roughly back up to where it was around 14th December when the interim results were published...since then small volume sales have brought it down by 50% odd...Some people will make a bit today or have....really so what and good luck to them....you couldn't even call it noise...nothing to see here...the SP will either drop back to 0.6 and then rise to 4p...or it may just go to 4p in due course or perhaps more than 4p on more positive news. The directors shares mostly cost them 12p...was that about a year ago?
GLA traders and/or holders
Laura grab some glasses. Inl is worthless
I can put £5 in dvrg for ya. idea is get in / out make few quid dont be bitter on ppl making money...its why we are all here ...
I guess the P'n"D mob will now be off to the next "target". Suggestions on a postcard please. I'm sure we've all got a few shares in our personal portfolios that could do with some "action". I'd like to nominate DVRG but nothing less than 1300% will suffice for me ;-)
Response re. Share price movement
Fulcrum Utility Services Limited, a leading independent provider of essential utility services including multi-utility connections and renewable energy infrastructure, has noted the recent rise in the Company's share price and confirms that it knows of no reason for this increase.
Further to the announcement of its interim results on 14 December 2022, Fulcrum confirms that there has been no material change in its trading or financial condition since then.
Was thinking exactly the same thing. It seems that the P'n"D is alive and kicking ;-)
