The dealing you describe was made on 8 September and took Bayford to a 29.10% shareholding.
Turner/Bayford is constrained by a legal agreement limiting his shareholding to under 30%. The counterparty is Harwood who are similarly constrained. The legal agreement to limit their holdings was signed after they both attempted and then failed to take over the company and was announced in an RNS.
Perhaps you might explain how Bayford will break the legal constraint and go beyond the 30% holding. At the same time give a little insight into why Harwood, the counterbalance shareholder, will give up their almost 30% to allow Bayford/Turner a free run? Whilst your 'Honest Opinion' might hold credibility in polite society I think a few facts will facilitate greater illumination over the opaqueness of this company?
The Company announces the following dealing by Bayford Group, a shareholder in the Company in which Jonathan Turner, Non-Executive Director, has a controlling interest. Bayford Group today purchased 9,447,173 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 4.8p per share.
IMHO they're still picking these up! Get over 30% & takeover is on...not long & game on!
Someone is picking these up on the quiet! Not me this time.
Survival by takeover Let us hope so, Even Questor has abandoned hope now.
Volume incoming! I have added!
Bounce time
Fully expected some bottom fishers in for this one! It's on its arse and ripe for a takeover!
Watch this space & watching for volume before adding.
A few buying around mid...overhang for now!
By way of take over yes!
Fulcrum just another Aim company about to depart.
Really, someone who, in your opinion, has an ego gives you the creeps! Dear oh dear.
Read up wakey, ego imho.
Fact is you do not make a loss until you sell . Could be an attempt to scare LTH into giving up , would not suprise me . I could be wrong of course .
That’s somewhat personal, do you know him?
Bayford give me the creeps. Just my own feelings, would be better without them.
LOL, nice try. Don’t think Harwood would go along with that
The trading update didn't read very well and looks like they are running out of cash. I suspect that Bayford will lend money to the business on a secured basis, they won't be able to pay back and Bayford will get the business at an equity value of zero.
I think so too. Wouldn’t be surprised to see at least 4.8p by mid pm today, 4.8p being recent purchase price of a big chunk of shares by Bayford. IMHO and DYOR
Market oversold this one imho...Time for bounce level.
I’ve just bought at 3.7p too as I think you may be calling this one right. Not sure it can be bought out on the cheap though as noted in prior posts when the SP was pumped up to more than 8p.
It's pay day WI & why not...this ones on it's arse ready to be taken out imho.
Well done, you’ve got more funds to add after all!!!!
At 3.7p I will be picking up some more, bayford group will take this out imho
I have added this week, no more funds to add. Amazed at nobody else adding. this is prime for a take over & it will be a good one. Bring on the next update (should be this month)
Could be a very nice turn around stock.
Happy to wait dropping it on very low volume....I have funds to add but watching & waiting for a bit of buying pressure before adding.
GL
Have to wait a while til THey have what THey want and u dont!
