According to trombone anyone posting against amit is a numpty, classic case of 'its everyone else, never me'.
Wonder if anyone is brave enough to post that shareholders or brokers will get notifications from the agent this week?
Any takers??? Hubba, Helx, Trombone, 1984....?
Had enough of you too,Bye.
Is there any way you can filter yourself havegun? What a numpty
Havegun
Recommend 👍🏻
I am bored to death with your rubbish.Filtered.
Whether Amit/Cloudtag Inc/ SB Corp meets the necessary criteria for a ‘serious fraud investigation’ … well, that is way beyond my remit, and yet to be considered by the powers that be…
AIM4
You have replied to me before, also I
appreciate your comments … thank you
I think it’s good for shareholders to have balance, to also have trust… whether that be with Amit himself, and if not, then other organisations such as the SFO
‘Can the SFO take action against both UK and foreign companies?
First, the SFO may still use its powers under section 2(3) of the CJA to compel a UK company or a foreign company with a fixed place of business in the UK to produce documents held outside the UK.’
Though Amit without doubt, other than an NDA… has a clear paper trail...
..As I’ve posted before in reply to you, of course wrongdoing in any sphere that resulted in a conviction would potentially impact holding a FCA credential - but that doesn’t mean it is the job of the FCA to investigate or prosecute.
If you sleep better by believing that every single activity an individual undertakes within the separate legal entities they are connected to automatically comes under the regulatory and legislative regimes that variously attach to individual enterprises then my apologies for troubling you with my understanding.
Unless you can directly link SB corporate into the Cloudtag saga, the FCA registration for that entity is completely irrelevant to activity conducted in connection with Cloudtag.
Consider it done… also his name is no other than… guess what… ?
Though let’s face it… it’s not for me to investigate :)
Unless you can directly link SB corporate into the Cloudtag saga, the FCA registration for that entity is completely irrelevant to activity conducted in connection with Cloudtag. I gave a personal example of how a product I held with a wholly owned subsidiary of Nationwide BS was completely outside of FCA protection despite NBS being FCA regulated. Can’t post any link as it will be behind a paywall, but last Sunday’s Sunday Telegraph had an article about Newcastle BS members being totally abandoned by them and the FCA over an associated party who were introduced by them and put assets in trusts which later involved huge losses - the setting up of the trusts was not under FCA protection. There was a quote along the lines of the FCA having a very narrow focus on what was strictly within its remit - which is difficult to actually argue with. It would need legislation changes to put those activities within the FCA remit.
Oh… least I forget and whilst I’m at it… for absolute clarity
The regulator has a wide range of disciplinary and enforcement tools in its armoury including private warnings and public censures. However,
the imposition of financial penalties is the most frequent sanction it employs. It is worth remembering that FCA prosecutions can and will impose custodial sentences.
I’m sure I read somewhere Amit disclosed himself as a lawyer…???
Who knows for sure. It’s always good to question
Hellie…
‘but I gave them as much detail as possible including SB Corp details, Amit's UK company. This saga has dragged on long enough.’
Interestingly 20 readers have recommended your post, though none seemingly are willing to offer their opinions in respect, so one could presume they hold similar opinions to yourself …
Your post is somewhat astute… the SFO have a clear ‘paper trail…’ should they choose to investigate.
Given that ABH (Amit) has without doubt has laid down this clear ‘paper trail’
Via companies house…
Given registered, also regulated details re the FCA…
Also more importantly, information conveyed to shareholders via the Cloudtag website … $50 million sat awaiting to be paid out to shareholders… c$230 million sale, to swiftly follow.
And I kinda like this, essentially because to me - well - it is without doubt transparent. Well, let’s just say, I’m not confused, it’s what I expect… because it’s what we as shareholders were told.
It’s all there… openness, for anyone to see, also make their own judgements. Therefore making the job of any investigating officer (SFO) a clear avenue to pursue (should it be necessary?)
It’s not my intention to be adversarial/contentious … though I kinda like it in some perverse way… to challenge :))
‘fools talk, cowards are silent, wise men listen' …. Courtesy of Dougie …
Choose your poison …. ;)
If all else fails… copy in your MP… looool …
Apologies for being facetious, I couldn’t help myself 😈…
Personally I would report it to the city of London police who have the national lead on fraud Action fruad is really just a filter system to pass low level stuff down to plod locally. The city f London use foresenic accounts if they think there is a realistic chance of prosecution. They have a limit of about £22 million for them to take a serious interest. I once had good contacts with them. It needs to made clear that although your actual loss is peanut money in the schem of things the
whole action ie all of the shareholder loss number is a lot more than 22 mill.
I would also just quickly check on what the legal definiition of fraud is on the dot gove law site, certainly when I had contact with the city of london plolice they found many cases of losses but did not fall within the definition of fraud.
I would aslo copy in the complaint to your MP
To Crystal Palace today 👏👏👏👏👏
I've submitted the Cloudtag web site to Action Fraud and received a case number. I'll see if anything comes of it, but I gave them as much detail as possible including SB Corp details, Amit's UK company. This saga has dragged on long enough.
Wolf or Wor Street - Twitter..
I’ve just had correspondence with
Amit Ben-Haim CEO of #CTAG
Confirmation that emails from the ‘paying agent’ will be received by the close of play on Wednesday 17th April 2024
The greater the pressure, the brighter the diamond
Amit was always going to go with the smallest group to pay first which is certificates issued by himself (smallest financial outlay), then certificates issued by ComputerShare and finally nominee accounts with brokers, ironic really since one of the main conditions in the bs updates was that everyone had to be paid at the same time.
My guess is that to give himself a few months breathing space he will reluctantly pay a small sum (out of his own pocket) to a select few of his disciples who will then inform everyone else that payment is finally on it's way, in fact he could keep that up for years while genuine pi's get nothing.
The ONLY viable way to bring this to a close is to get either the authorities or his family involved or he dies from old age.
"Once again the Company would like to thank our Shareholders for their continued patience and support."
He forgot to add the above in the last update:
10th April 2024
The Paying Agent is now in receipt of the licensing funds. Those Shareholders holding paper certificates issued by the Company shall be notified accordingly.
Perhaps this is becoming an inconvenience to him now. And does the above just mean 'paper certificates issued by the Company', not those holding paper certificates in general?
Situational awareness? The actual reality is some random twitter account posted a random screenshot alleging some random shareholder had spoken to Amit last night, or in other words 'a non event' not sure why your wigging out about it? hangover maybe?
‘’Just spoke to Amit. He told me contacts will start tonight.."
& so no surprise when yet another false lead is aired. Albeit it wasn’t so much as just another monotonous false notice but was rather obviously, an exceedingly blatant falsehood. An intriguing development then. Lol.
It says much on the quality of that inner circle of Ctag confidants, where with even the very bare minimum of precautions, they might then have taken at least some token consideration, as to the actual reality of anything getting started on a late Friday pm.
A shocking lack in situational awareness (one wonders just how many wine o’clock burgundy bottles were disposed of yesterday pm, both on & off the bb?). Fingers crossed there are at least some clear heads next week, with hopefully at long last, some form of conclusion developing. Be that financially, legally or socially..
Goodnight everybody peeps..

‘Just spoke to Amit. He told me contacts will start tonight.."
The probability certainly exists, that perhaps he was just ratted.‘
Perhaps he’s just just p**d off…
I’m mean… if reading this bb, it’s certainly more than enough to do anyone’s head in…
And I don’t do woke!
"..Just spoke to Amit. He told me contacts will start tonight.."
The probability certainly exists, that perhaps he was just ratted.
That 3rd bottle perhaps.
‘that ABH is now finally getting rattled…’
… Somehow Dougie I doubt it.
Though from my perspective from what I’ve observed, then yes, some are getting very rattled - for various reasons…
