'We cannot wait to share even more announcements with you in the coming weeks.'
Now might be a good time to start sharing some of the exciting 'announcements'....lol
Think I did warn people that all the messaging from the company out on social media platforms can be outright lies. they can retract anything. That's why they didn't and haven't said anything positive in an RNS. Sooo clever.
You need to understand the reasons for the suspension and delays to settlement on trades. This was and is being heavily shorted it seems. The trigger presumably for the suspension was uncovered naked shorts that couldn’t be settled and were highlighted. This is why this will go lower beyond the placing price and that is why its not a good buy today. You would need it in the 6-7 range to really muster people to buy in any volume and that is said with no ill will. IMHO GLA
Exactly they won’t, they aren’t charities they are in it for margins. Spreads tight and bid very slowly creeping up so 1p should not take too long, been paid already.
Bid went up a little on the sell. Shows that Mms really will take it up at some point
Ummm why would placees sell below the placing price. Mms will raise the price
I can buy £120k worth of stock for under the placing price - this is going nowhere anytime soon...
Actual bid is 0.0937.
This will go up soon enough
Back track Sharebel, bye bye
And yet you can buy as much stock as you want - live quotes in 9’s all the way up to still 90k and price quoted going down. Not for me today! Too much swill and dilution for very little in return now. IMHO DYOR GLA
£200,000 of his own money? That tells me all I need to know, looking forward to what is ahead
Now someone posted before the placing even occurred that the Doctor's average price was 0.44p per share.
So his average price after the £120K investment is now down to 0.236p per share. More than double the current price.
LOTM
Previously held 80,000,000 shares now 200,000,000. Due to dilution showing 6.88%. Wouldn't be suprised to see a further increase in his holding.
Been in a few of Cooleys stocks and always been favourable to me, he has gone ball deep here. interesting times for sure. this will blast through 1p soon we have only commenced trading again.
It’s primed for a rise, just wait for sellers to exit and placing to get churned. Take you choice. I bought to substantially average down.
Yep he's now got 200m the Tr1 was An event changing the breakdown of voting rights.
Unlucky Sharebel, wrong again
Sharebel can't do basic arithmetic, pass it on.
He certainly does seem to have thrown down more cash
Must be confident in something
Hi Sharebel,
Dr Cooley had 80M share previously.
The document hasn't printed out correctly but from what I can see he bought another 120M shares in the placing & now has 200M.
So he put his hand in his pocket.
Good Luck
LOTM
Seller out it's buy time!
LOT Dr Cooley just dumped a heap of stock today see the TR1 when LSE has caught up. Not a buy today I’m afraid. IMHO DYOR
Looks like Dr Cooley bought 120M shares in the placing, but still got diluted because of the size of the placing.
LOTM
Boooooooooom
Dr Cooley still in. Just a bit diluted.
Rns
Placing shares I mean . I think we will get 10/15 % today
