There is no buyer/take over, just hocus pocus.
Will sink to 30p soon. Huge huge debt hole, who would buy at 70p+

RE: CEO

I'll be your CEO, I would sack the whole board and convert all staff contracts to zero hour contract with 1 year rolling contracts for money makers. Sell the pension scheme, dump it on an insurance company........I hate companies that are not trying to shift their liabilities away. That's just the start, would get polish workers mostly and those that get jobs done without fuss. 10% net profit margin must be the minimum when tendering.......that leaves room for error.

The lack of a new CEO speaks volumes in my opinion....................We will not need one.

FCA
Today 11:45
In all honesty I don't think we can blame our board for this sp drop and profit warning, when we look at the director buys above we see that R. Howson bought shares in June 17 for £197.49p, so I guess he and others have lost lots of money to date.
But I do agree that many many other directors of companies particularly aim should be fined for their lies etc.

Apparently the FCA
Today 10:46
have briefly aroused themselves and slithered into action by fining Rio Tinto £27m for misleading the market about their financial position.
Ho Ho, will this worry the fancy salaried directors with their options and pension packages ? Not in the slightest .
Until board members / directors / accountants start taking personal responsibility for their actions and face the prospect of heavy fines and prison the " city " will continue to meander along in its self serving way.
Mind you Rio was was caught out by coal assets presumably buried deep underground so I suppose the directors could at least claim some ignorance of their purchase.
Here the directors were faced with binding contracts printed in black and white . The shorters seemingly had insider knowledge for a long time of the dire content of these contracts. The directors most certainly had knowledge of the content of these contacts , they were obliged to inform the market in good time , they didn't .
Wake up FCA.

No I am looking for at least 75p - £1 a share offer, from a company trying to buy the whole company before clln can sell off the healthcare business bit, otherwise 70p for the remaning business after we sold the H/C off for £300m .

So that when they offer 70p a share we will be all over the moon with the generous offer-expectations!

When you have sort of forgotten

Along will come a buyer. There's no smoke without fire. I reckon that anytime soon we will hear something. Directors have not supported this share for a reason...simply..you dont want to annoy your new boss by making them pay too much.

Basically now we know Auditors are pointless creatures anything can happen with these shares. They could be £5 in five years or 5 p hopefully the former. I hear Howson is still being paid a tidy sum for being an incompetent confidence trickster whose trump card was the highest dividend in the FTSE 250 - go figure.
