Colin's heart is in Zambia, eye taken off the ball in Namibia!
To see the total sold. It has been exceptional today. It's disappointing that Namibia are dragging approval out while the company is still engaged in exploration. We need news and that needs to include the reason from Namibia for this exceptional delay and what the company can do to remedy the situation. It appears that we've fallen short of their expectations so we need to get this solved and get mining
The bottom is zero. Can't be long now.
Of selling today taking the mcap back below £2M. Where is the bottom....
I'm still here but definitely not as a believer. A Colin Bird Lifestyle Company sounds about right. They should find a place on the logo for that.
David Attenborough is 98 today. I understand he's working on a new documentary which features the lesser spotted Grifter Bird.
smaller,
not too ****y son, it appears your favourite stock is headed in our direction.
drip drip drip
mr t
Just popped in for a look. Seems everyone has left but MrT your still here as a believer? We did try warn you years ago this a fund CB lifestyle company
The actual spread is .017 to .0188 with ii. Much smaller. Still have zero confidence in sp appreciation even with licence. More funds needed. Appalling management. Maybe useful as a tax loss offset?
Banzai
Nobody is buying this!!!
Trading is pitiful!
News is non existent!
Licence?
Mankayan?
The other one, the name escapes me as its been so long since any updates!
Something must be happening!
Colin where are you?
We need some updates and pronto!
Mr T
35% spread, anyone buying this is getting spiked.
Where is that license I wonder? As that's the only thing to move this.
That is not the issue. The SEIA and EMP have addressed the areas of conflict. They were both posted on the Ministry web site and very comprehensive.. It is just about politics and consequential delays as I understand it. Nothing terminal and approval in process. We shall see.
I think the fact that our proposed mine would be near too (in?) a national park may be a sticky point.
Financial Times on the need for new copper mines. You might need to register to read this, but registration is free.

To be fair to CB I do not think there is much more he can do but await the ML for Hope Gorob. He informs us that everything is set up in terms of finance and planning and all ready to gear up the moment the ML is confirmed. If it goes to plan we could be in open pit production within months and the current Cu price can only encourage partners/contractors to get involved with license holders in stable countries. As CB says huge companies acquiring large copper producers does not increase the pie, just their share of it so given there are no major new discoveries coming on stream the price should slowly increase .
In the March RNS, along with another tease regarding the mining licence but no problems with extended exploration until 2025, so something must be going right presumably, I notice the engagement of a specialist in Namibian environmental legislation and considering the numbers of Namibian mining operations, I'm surprised that it was at this late stage that it was mentioned. Let's hope that this will get some progress if that is where the problem is.July will be two years and for Namibia that'll be a year over the reported average, a long period of overtime
Uncle Colin has been on Twitter over the weekend.
His theory is that the M&A activity will eventually spread down to minnows like this one.
On that basis I'm prepared to sell my garden to one of the big concerns.
It doesn't have a mining license, but neither does Bezant.
Rearrange into a well known phrase or saying!!!!
Don't think there was any mention of BZT in the Sunday Roast from SA yesterday, apparently Colin, we the shareholders, are hosting their visit to SA. No reaction across any of CB's companies today, wonder why?
How much longer before we, collectively, win the Guiness World Record for "patience"?
Mid price is up but the bid is down and the spread has widened. The market makers are doing well out of this but nobody else is.
Blue
GLR have just received a small scale copper licence in Zambia after a 13 month wait and no extra work submitted. It takes so long to get things done in Africa.
Clearly there is no licence. The question is why not after so long?
Bit of blue here again and some buying!
Are we see a turnaround?
Is news imminent?
Has Colin got that licence?
Is Mankayan about to announce an IPO?
Lots of questions, few answers? Lol
Mr T
Well I guess we will see which of the two options is right very soon !😉
Somone in the know? or likes throwing their money away.
