Close IHT AIM VCT PLC does not hold any shares inTreasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Close IHT AIM VCT PLC is24,980,111. The figure of 24,980,111 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for thecalculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify theirinterest in, or a change to their interest in, Close IHT AIM VCT PLC under theFSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
