Update on Settlement of Magnolia Shares

Further to Nostra Terra's announcement of 22 August 2017 regarding the completion of the acquisition of the shares of £0.001 in Magnolia Petroleum plc ("Magnolia Shares"), the Company understands that completion and registration of the Magnolia Shares continues but is solely an administrative matter.

As a result of the sale of 26,354,002 of these shares, as of 29 August 2017, Nostra Terra now owns 177,872,747 Magnolia Shares, which are in the process of registration as disclosed above.
