Update on Continuation Vote

Further to its announcement on 5 September 2019, the Company has received a letter from Investec Wealth & Investment Limited, a shareholder in the Company, which notes that it intends to requisition a General Meeting of the Company in order to propose a continuation vote. The shareholder has sent this as an open letter to the Company and other shareholders.

The Board has reviewed the letter, does not agree with a number of the points made and will respond fully in due course.
