The Company now holds a total of 525,618 ordinary shares as Treasury Shares outof a total issued share capital of 24,793,190. The Total Voting Rights of theCompany are now 24,267,572 ordinary shares and this number should be used todetermine any announceable holdings under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
