The Company now holds a total of 1,500,618 ordinary shares as Treasury Sharesout of a total issued share capital of 24,793,190. The Total Voting Rights ofthe Company are now 23,292,572 ordinary shares and this number should be used todetermine any announceable holdings under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
