("Honeycomb Investment Trust" or the "Company")

Transfer of shareholding

Honeycomb Investment Trust Plc has received notification that James Scott a Partner of Pollen Street Capital, the Investment Manager of the Company, transferred from his personal holding into his Self-Invested Pension Plan 8,932 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 18 May 2016 at a price of 1,030.0 pence per share.

James Scott's beneficial interest in the Company remained unchanged as a result of the above transfer and is currently 40,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.27 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
