("Northbridge" or "the Company") TRANSACTION IN OWN SHARES Northbridge Industrial Services plc, the industrial services and rental companyannounces that on Friday 9 November 2007 it purchased 40,000 ordinary in theCompany at a price of 145.0 pence per share. This represents approximately 0.52% of the issued share capital of the Company. These shares have beenpurchased to be held in Treasury. Accordingly the Company has 7,630,149 ordinary shares in issue of which 40,000ordinary shares in the Company are now held in Treasury.
