The Company announces that it has today purchased 69,385 ordinary shares into Treasury at 465.24 pence per share.
Following the transaction the Company holds 60,244,600 shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 221,389,310. The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
