Purchase of shares
The Company announces that on 3 September 2015, it purchased 225,000 of the Company's own Ordinary Shares of 1p each, representing approximately 0.28% of the issued share capital at a price of 133 pence per share for cancellation.
Following this purchase, there are now 80,080,231 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in issue.
