Matrix Income & Growth VCT plc announces that on 10 October 2011 it purchased 64,371 of the Company's own Ordinary Shares at a price of 77.25 pence per share for cancellation.

Following this purchase there are now 42,939,727 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence in issue.
