Transaction in Own Shares
The Company reports that on 10 November 2015 it purchased 1,014,000 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each ('Ordinary Shares') in the Capital of the Company at a price of 13.00 pence per Ordinary Share. The Company will hold the Shares in Treasury.
The Ordinary Shares acquired equate to approximately 2.1% of the Issued Share Capital of the Company which consists of 47,557,835 Ordinary Shares with voting rights. The Company now holds 1,500,000 of these Ordinary Shares in Treasury.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 46,057,835.
The figure of 46,057,835 may be used by Shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
