Total Voting Rights and Capital
In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1R, esure Group plc (the "Company") notifies the market that as of 30 September 2018:
i) | The Company's issued share capital consists of 419,100,097 ordinary shares of 1/12p, all of these shares carry voting rights of one vote per share;
|
ii) | The Company does not hold any shares in treasury; and
|
iii) | The above figure of 419,100,097 may be used by shareholders (and others with notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
