CYRIL SWEETT GROUP PLC ('Cyril Sweett' or the 'Company')

VOTING RIGHTS AND CAPITAL

In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6 we would like to notify the market of the following:

Cyril Sweett Group plc's capital consists of 57,539,795 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 10p each ('Ordinary Shares'). The Company holds 1,238,020 Ordinary Shares in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Cyril Sweett is 56,301,775.

The figure of 56,301,775 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Cyril Sweett under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
