Safeland PLC15 December 2006 15 December 2006 Safeland plc (the "Company") Total Voting Rights In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6, theCompany notifies the market of the following: As at the date of this announcement, the Company's issued share capital consistsof 18,500,530 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 05 pence each ("OrdinaryShares"), with voting rights. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights is 18,500,530. The above figure of 18,500,530 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders inthe Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determineif they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interestin, the share capital of the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and TransparencyRules.
