TMN Group PLC ("TMN Group" or the "Company") TMN Group PLC - Voting Rights and Capital

In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6 TMN Group notifies the market of the following:

As at the date of this announcement, the Company's issued share capital consists of 49,732,694 ordinary shares of 0.01p each with voting rights (`Ordinary Shares').

Therefore the total number of voting rights in TMN Group is 49,732,694.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, TMN Group under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
