In conformity with 5.6.1 of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company notifies the market of the following:

The Company's issued share capital consists of 81,595,400 ordinary shares of 1p each with voting rights ("Ordinary Shares"). The Company holds no Ordinary Shares in Treasury. The total number of Ordinary Shares in issue therefore comprises 81,595,400 and may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
