TheCompany does not hold any shares in treasury. The total number of voting rights is therefore 7,835,163 and this figure may beused by shareholders as the denominator for calculations by which they determinewhether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to theirinterest in, the Company's shares under the FSA's Disclosure and TransparencyRules.
