The Company's subsidiary, Foxconn (Far East) Limited, priced

the corporate bond ("Bond")

guaranteed by the Company in a total amount of JPY 50 billion

under the Medium-Term Note programme. The offering amount for

tenor of 3 years with the fixed interest rate of 0.42% is JPY

41.5 billion; for tenor of 5 years with the fixed interest

rate of 0.52% is JPY 6 billion; for tenor of 7 years with the

fixed interest rate of 0.70% is JPY 2.5 billion.
