Tender Offer for Willi-Food Investments Ltd. accepted

Emblaze Ltd (LSE:BLZ) ("Emblaze" or "the Company") Tender Offer for Willi-Food Investments Ltd. accepted Tel Aviv, Israel, 1 May 2014 Capitalised terms will have the meanings ascribed to them in the Company'sannouncements of 3 March, 2014, 7 and 28 April, 2014. Further to the Company's announcements of 7 and 28 April, 2014, the Companyannounces that as at 14:00 (Israeli time) on 1 May, 2014 (being the last timeand date for acceptance of the terms of the Special Tender Offer following theadditional acceptance period), acceptances in respect of the Special TenderOffer were received from Willi-Food Investments Ltd. ("WFI") shareholdersholding 6,653,751 shares in WFI (of which, 1,931,603 were shares held byshareholders who are deemed to be interested parties for the purposes of saidSpecial Tender Offer under Israeli law). No votes were received in oppositionto the Special Tender Offer. As such, each WFI shareholder accepting theSpecial Tender Offer will sell a pro rata portion of its shares equal to9.8995% of the shares tendered. The Company further announces that completion of the Agreement in relation tothe acquisition of a controlling stake in WFI is expected to occur on Sunday 4May, 2014, following which, the Company will hold approximately 61.65% of theissued share capital of WFI and 62.27% of its voting rights.
