Talks Terminated with Potential Offeror
On 15 May 2009, the Company announced that it had received an approach from a third party that may lead to an offer being made for the Company.
The Company now announces that all talks in relation to a potential offer for the Company have been terminated and consequently the Company is no longer in an Offer Period under the Takeover Code.
