Ashdene Group PLC19 January 2005 Ashdene Group plc Suspension of shares The Board of Ashdene Group plc (the "Company") has today requested that tradingin the Company's shares be suspended under Rule 38 of the AIM Rules pendingclarification of the Company's financial position. The Board is in discussions with a potential provider of finance that may or maynot lead to an agreement to inject additional cash resources into the Company.The Board will also take independent advice as to the solvency of the Company.
