Further to the Company's announcement of 28 September 2020 and the Record Date for the proposed Share Redemption and Return of Capital being 6 p.m. today, the Company confirms that:
- the old ISIN VGG878801031 will expire at 6 p.m.
- the new ISIN VGG878801114 will be enabled at 8 a.m. on 22 October 2020
The actions timetabled as set out in the 28 September 2020 announcement will continue as per that timetable.
