Share Options
Alliance Pharma plc (AIM: APH), the speciality pharmaceutical company, announces that it has today awarded 1,000,000 options over ordinary shares of the Company to Peter Butterfield, a Director of the Company. The exercise price of the options is 33.25 pence per share and the options will normally be exercisable from 26 March 2013.
