Transfer of FTSE sector classification to Diversified Industrials

Low & Bonar PLC is pleased to note the reclassification of its FTSE sector classification from subsector 2353, "Building Materials & Fixtures" to subsector 2727, "Diversified Industrials", effective from 18 September 2017.

Low & Bonar considers that classification under Diversified Industrials more accurately reflects the existing and future business activities of the Company.
