Princess Private Equity (Princess) participates in sale of shares in VAT Group AG by Partners Group

VAT Group AG (VAT) announced this morning that on Friday 12 January 2018 funds managed and/or advised by Partners Group sold their entire position in VAT shares. Princess participated in the transaction alongside the Partners Group funds and upon settlement of the transaction will no longer hold any VAT shares. Prior to this transaction, VAT represented 1.6% of Princess' net asset value as of 30 November 2017.
